Good morning dear one.
Thank you so much for joining me in your meditation this morning.
It's an honour to sit with you.
Just inviting you to take your seat,
To know that to do your morning practice is to meet the world and your life in the best way that you possibly can.
Allowing yourself to be comfortable.
Tuning in to your natural breath.
Not fighting with the thoughts from the night or the feelings that we've brought with us.
Meeting the breath as it is.
Noticing the in and the out of your breath.
Almost as if your heart is breathing.
The in breath and the out breath.
Allowing this breath within the heart to bring you into the present moment.
To be here with your body.
You feel the life in your body.
You're aware of your five senses.
You're aware of the movement of the body.
The sense of movement.
The movement of the eyes.
The feelings of the skin.
The movement that moves through the nerves to make your fingers and toes and limbs move.
And allowing the heart breath to allow each of those things to settle into grace.
To settle into the stillness that is already there.
Breath and being.
The heart.
Your heart.
Ease of the senses.
Ease of the movement impulse.
Leaning into this flowering opening of yourself.
Heart,
Breath and being.
And whether it is clear skies or cloudy or rain.
You feel the sun rising in you as it rises each day.
You feel the earth beneath you as it is and has always been.
The hold of the night dissolving as your heart rises with the sun in beauty.
A sense of self-blessing that is coming from within yourself.
Within this gathering stillness.
This flowering of life.
The silent impulses of your truer intentions.
The sense of your spirit speaking to you.
Allowing this still voice into your being.
Illuminating from the sun within yourself.
The earth beneath you.
The sky above you.
And you present in this moment.
Your spirit showing you how you might walk through this day.
You have a choice.
In this space.
In this presence.
The words you will say.
The way you will speak.
The way your heart will be.
The way you will meet yourself.
The way you will be with others.
This clear,
Dignified,
Illuminated sense of yourself.
Not created.
But known in spirit.
In inner silence and presence.
In breath and in being.
You are the earth.
You are the rising sun.
You are the sweetness of yourself.
You are life's gift this day.
Your presence.
Your wholeness.
Are what our humanity needs this day.
The spaciousness of your heart.
The spirit illuminating your being.
Your movement.
Your action.
You are the hands of life itself.
When you're ready.
Allowing the meditation to close by simply coming back to normal daily consciousness.
Without rejecting any of the self-blessing or the teaching from within yourself.
Moving a little side to side.
You allow the sun within you to meet the day that you're moving through.
You are life itself.
