Hello dear one,
Thank you for joining me today.
In this 5 minute meditation,
We'll explore the ancient sacred formula of meditate,
Purify,
Realize,
Which in itself offers a lifetime of practice,
Transformation and wisdom when met with sincerity and applied with kindness to our lives.
I've reflected on these three words for most of my life and I'm blessed to offer you this short practice today,
Which centers in grounding in your natural awareness and meeting your deeper wisdom,
Allowing you to access the sacred peace within yourself,
Just allowing yourself to settle,
Feeling your body resting on the cushion,
Sitting upright,
Aware of your legs,
Your weight in the seat,
Softening your belly,
Spine rising up,
Eyes closed or open,
And allowing your face to be soft,
Hands easy on your knees or your lap,
And allowing a small inner smile to come to your lips from the feeling of life in you.
You're aware of the sounds in the room around you,
Sound of my voice,
Aware of the spaces in between the words,
Spaces in between the sounds,
Aware of your breath,
Aware of the spaces in your breath,
Spaces and breath,
Spaces and sounds,
Feeling the life in your body and becoming present to life in this moment and noticing whatever is arising for you in this moment,
Just noticing wherever that energy is,
In the mind or in the emotions or in the body,
Noticing your relationship to this moment and can you just simply allow this moment to be what it is and let go of the stories,
Let go of attachment to outcomes,
Allowing that space of awareness to bring natural ease and to light up the love within yourself and we can listen to that greater awareness,
That greater wisdom within ourselves,
Not seeking answers but allowing that deep listening and it's from here that personal insight can be received,
Inspiration,
A space of creativity,
Resting in this way,
Healing your mind,
Your emotions,
Turning attachments into love,
Becoming innocent again in ourselves,
This is who we really are and so feeling your body sitting here in the room,
You wait on the seat,
The sounds and we'll gently draw this meditation to a close,
I hope you have a beautiful and wonderful day,
Thank you for practicing with me,
Bless you.
