Heart Healing And Expansion In The Temple Of Love

A journey into your heart, your akashic records, to expand and heal your heart. Working with Mother Mary and other beings to heal ancestral wounds, heal inner children, and return to flow, harmony, and neutrality. this is an energy-healing meditation.

Welcome,

My loves.

Find a safe and sacred space where you will not be interrupted.

Feeling comfortable lying down or sitting up as long as your spine is straight and you are comfortable so that we may bring all of your conscious awareness into your being.

Feeling safe to relax,

To release,

And to receive.

Let's begin with 3 deep belly breaths.

Breathing in through the nose and audibly out the mouth,

Allowing your voice,

Your vibration to signal your body to let go,

That it is safe to open itself up,

To surrender in this moment.

Two more times,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Feeling the tension releasing from your neck,

The weight lifting off your shoulders as the vibration moves down your spine,

Helping you to sink deeper and deeper into this space.

One more time,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Feeling that vibration moving down your spine and into your hips,

Signaling a release,

A relaxation to allow your hips to expand and open,

Bringing your whole entire being into a state of surrender.

Feeling yourself sink even deeper into this space as we allow for a wave of peace to wash over our being,

Allowing us to come into this present moment as we set the intention to open your heart space,

To begin to allow yourself to experience receiving,

To experience being,

And to experience a deep state of intimacy with yourself and others.

An open heart space allows for greater manifestation,

It allows for a greater sense of trust,

Confidence,

Greater sense of connection,

Compassion,

Allowing us to lead from a space of wisdom,

Unity,

And radical self-acceptance.

Often we build walls around our heart space,

So afraid of experiencing the pains,

The feelings that we may have experienced as a child,

That we may have experienced in other lifetimes or realities as a child.

We are so afraid of letting another being into our heart space to see the truth of who we are,

To see us at a soul level of pure,

Unconditional acceptance.

We are afraid often of rejection,

Of not being accepted in our true form.

We are afraid of judgment and persecution.

We are afraid of being abandoned for who we really are.

These walls that we build around our heart don't happen overnight.

They are built brick by brick from experiences,

From grief,

Loss,

Persecution,

And judgment,

From conditioning and programming that often goes back generations.

Where we look to our parents to model how we receive another being into our space.

Is it safe to trust?

Is it safe to allow?

Or will it only cause further pain?

We often believe that we can pick and choose who we allow into our heart space,

Who we allow to see our soul selves without the masks,

Without the illusions.

But the truth is that when you have that deep,

Intimate,

Loving connection with yourself,

There no longer is a need for a mask of any kind,

For any walls,

For any illusions,

Any curtains or veils.

There is no longer a need for you to hide your true self.

For it no longer becomes a decision of who you allow in your heart space,

But a decision of who you allow in your life,

Who you allow in your energy field,

Who you allow in your energy field.

When you begin to anchor your true self,

The love and acceptance of yourself,

Seeing yourself,

Hearing yourself,

Empowering yourself,

Empowering yourself,

And trusting yourself.

When you allow that to be the anchor,

The beacon of light that bellows from your heart space,

Those who are not aligned with that frequency will naturally begin to fall away.

You see,

The answers that you are seeking all stem from that deep-seated intimacy from that deep-seated intimacy that you either have or don't have with yourself.

Because your external reality is always a projection from your internal state of being.

Behind the walls that you have built around your heart lives a collective of inner children,

Fragmented parts and pieces of yourself.

The parts and pieces of you that have been denied,

That have been rejected,

Been judged.

The parts and pieces of you that have had great loss,

Great heartache,

Great pain,

That were unseen and unheard in your times of need.

The parts and pieces of you,

The desire to be nurtured,

To be loved,

To be accepted,

To be loved,

To be accepted for who you really are instead of for how others want you to be or how they want you to show up in their reality.

Your job is to only be true to yourself,

To love and accept yourself,

To build and sustain a deep intimate connection,

A deep trust with all parts of yourself.

As we begin,

We will create a sacred space,

A sacred connection,

Calling in Archangel Sandolphin to raise the grid of Gaia to just below our feet.

Allowing our energy to anchor,

To connect magnetically into her field.

Feeling that energy connecting deeply into her space,

Into her heart center.

So that she may hold us in her grace,

Accepting us,

Supporting us,

Grounding us into this present moment.

Calling on Master Metatron to lift us up.

To lower the ethers to just above our crown.

Allowing us to connect into all time and space with ease and grace so that we may move between dimensions,

Realities and worlds.

So that we may connect with all of us.

Effortlessly from an expanded art space,

Calling in Archangel Gabriel,

The purifier,

The clarifier.

Assisting us with purifying our cellular memories,

Clearing our conscious mind,

Helping us to realign all the versions of ourself,

Our mind,

Our heart and our body.

Calling in Archangel Mikael and his sword of truth.

Allowing him to assist us in cutting through the illusions,

The webs and veils that we create for ourselves as a way of connecting with ourselves.

Protection against the pain that we may feel.

Calling in Archangel Uriel,

The activator.

Activating,

Triggering our traumatic response system.

Activating the blocks that we have built around our heart.

Cracking and bringing the necessary openings to allow for these walls to begin to crumble safely,

Slowly.

Calling in Archangel Raphael,

The healer of healers,

The alchemist,

The magician.

Assisting us in transforming these tense energies,

The basks,

The walls and doors.

Transforming them in to expansion,

To space to breathe and be free,

To be yourself in all your glory and all your light.

In all your glory and all your light.

As we allow for Archangel Raphael to bring down a beautiful mix of ray technology,

Emerald green and bright pink frequencies of divine love.

Allowing that energy to enter in to our heart space now.

To begin to mix together and cultivate a beautiful ball of loving energy.

As we begin to expand our heart space,

Expand our aura field,

Expand all of our cells.

As we breathe,

Feeling this beautiful ball of green and pink energy,

Beginning to expand outside of our physical body.

Expanding now beyond the room that we are in.

Expanding beyond the home or building we are in.

Expanding beyond our physical body.

The city and state we are in.

Expanding beyond our country.

Expanding beyond Gaia herself.

Expanding beyond our solar system.

Expanding beyond our universe.

Expanding beyond the universe of universes.

And expanding into infinite consciousness.

Allowing us to be in a space of omnipresence.

As you visualize and imagine yourself entering in to your heart space.

Just see and feel.

Seeing a door on your heart.

Imagining yourself opening it and stepping in.

Seeing a beautiful,

Lush,

Green,

Grassy knoll.

Maybe a stream or a pond.

Lots of trees and butterflies.

Mythical creatures and just magic in the air.

The space of pure imagination.

Pure possibility and opportunity.

Where anything is possible.

As you walk in,

Just taking a brief look around.

At how your heart space,

Your magical center,

Shows up for you.

This is a space where you can relax and be free to experience whatever it is that you need.

Or desire.

A place of healing.

A place of manifesting.

A place of conscious creation.

And realignment.

A space to commune with your guides and ancestors.

Or a space to find solitude and peace.

As you finish looking around,

Find a nice space where you may sit down.

Getting comfortable.

Settled in.

And as you do,

We invite in three of your inner children.

To be clear,

Your inner children can be of any age.

It can be you last week.

Or a version of you as a baby.

There is no limit to the inner child.

It is simply a fragmented piece of yourself.

And as these three inner children begin to come into your space,

Seeing them sit down,

Creating a circle.

Beginning to hold hands with each other.

Allowing for a direct conscious connection.

Creating a wholeness once again.

These inner children represent parts and pieces of you that you are not seeing.

That you are not hearing.

Parts and pieces of you that may be riddled with guilt or shame.

That may be hiding due to grief or heartbreak.

Parts and pieces of you that you have rejected or pushed away out of fear of what you may see or hear.

Out of fear of what you may feel as you remember.

It's very important for us to see and hear ourselves.

To trust that the parts and pieces that we have fragmented are there for a reason.

That they are a necessary part of our makeup,

Of our design.

And they ultimately enrich our lives.

Take just a little bit of time now and to allow each child to convey to you messages to help you understand what you may not be seeing or hearing.

Allow these messages to come in any form they choose.

Words,

Knowing,

Feeling,

Imagery.

There is no wrong way to do this.

Just allow yourself to sit now connected by the hand to these three inner children and begin to receive from them one by one.

As the last child finishes conveying their messages,

You all stand and take a moment to group embrace.

To connect with each other creating a sacred bond,

A sacred union,

A sacred connection where you vow to them that you will listen to them.

That you will hear and see what they are communicating to you always by being present in your heart space and not denying,

Rejecting or repressing any part of yourself.

And as they begin to walk away you notice a beautiful temple in the corner.

It is a pearly white shaped in the form of a triangle with the beautiful steps leading up to two pillars and double doors.

You feel this magical energy emanating as you feel called as you feel called to walk towards the temple.

This is the temple of love,

The heart temple.

And as you get closer and begin to walk up the stairs,

You are greeted at the top by Mother Mary and your higher self,

Your infinite self.

As they both take an arm and begin to open the double doors,

This beautiful magical iridescent light begins to fill the hallway.

Noticing the hallway floors are made of rose quartz.

And in between the infinite number of doors are beautiful pieces of malachite,

The stone of transformation.

These malachites are tall and open up wide at the top with beautiful pink and violet flames creating a soft,

Warm,

Intimate feeling as you begin to walk these halls with Mother Mary and your higher being.

You are accessing the chamber in your heart,

The Akashic records of your inner children,

Of your ancestors,

And of their inner children,

Allowing you to receive wisdom from the generational patterning,

The wisdom from this lifetime and any lifetime that will help you see clearly,

That will help you begin to break down the walls that have been built unconsciously.

As these two beautiful beings continue to walk you down this hallway,

Noticing the doors and the differences between them,

You see one off in the distance with beautiful streams of golden light coming out from all around it and as you stop in front of it,

Mother Mary informs you that once you cross into this space,

You will receive exactly what you need to in the way that you need to.

You may You may receive messages from ancestors,

From different inner children.

You may receive wisdom from the inner children of your parents or grandparents.

There is no right or wrong here.

They ask that you open yourself up to receive and just allow that information into your being without judgment,

Without contemplation.

This is a time to gather and collect data for you to contemplate at a later date.

And as Mother Mary opens the door,

All three of you step in as your higher self and Mother Mary sit down and hold space for you to experience and receive whatever is necessary for your highest growth and transformation.

As you receive the last bit of information,

You notice your higher self and Mother Mary opening a secret passageway.

And as they do,

You once again feel this magic sparkles sparkles almost in the air with a soft glow emanating from the secret doorway.

They ask if you are ready ready to begin to break down the walls that you have built around yourself to receive the golden anchor of trust and love and acceptance of self.

And if you are ready,

Begin to follow Mother Mary and your higher self down into the cave.

Down into the secret passageway.

Taking a full breath in between steps as you sink deeper into your being.

Stepping down now.

9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 and 1 Turning the corner and seeing the most magnificent beautiful cave made of rose quartz of amethyst of moonstone and many other crystals.

And as you walk towards this beautiful pond down in the distance you notice it's surrounded by beautiful fire pits with bright pink green and purple flames and you notice these waters are different they almost appear multicolored and the water is flat like a mirror as you get closer standing now just before it Mother Mary informs you that this water is from Venus The Venetian water is known to help dissolve and break through the barriers of the heart space help you to retain the wisdom of your inner children the wisdom from all parts and pieces of yourself allowing you to anchor even deeper to connect more consciously trusting yourself helping you to trust yourself fully and to love and accept yourself fully to have that intimate sacred connection with yourself that cannot be shaken holding on to the rails begin to slowly step down into the Venetian waters as you do feeling the warmth and the tingling as it begins to consciously clear your energy and as you get deeper now walking towards the center of the pond you find yourself losing your footing and effortlessly sinking to the bottom you begin to notice that you can breathe in this water as if it is amniotic fluid breathing this water in to your blood to your bones where all the structures and programs are held clearing your cells allowing for you to rewrite to restore,

To reconnect to yourself and as you settle at the bottom of this beautiful pond you begin to feel the Venetian waters connecting with the walls that you have built around your heart beginning to see them dissolve and break down like carbonation slowly coming into neutrality a more expanded expansive state of being just allow for these few moments now for this beautiful Venetian energy to gently comfortably open your heart space fully as the last of the energy dissolves into neutrality you find yourself floating effortlessly to the top as you begin to drift over to the stairwell and find yourself beginning to climb out and as you do you are greeted once again by Mother Mary and your higher self your higher self is holding a golden anchor and it's quite heavy and as you stand in front of her she hands you this golden anchor and you feel the weight of it the quality of it the shine you notice on this golden anchor there are words inscribed the words read I trust myself completely it is safe to receive and as you hold that anchor to your heart space wrapping it in your arms completely creating a trinity a trinity between the three of you a sacred connection as we allow for this anchor this new energy to be imprinted into your heart space anchoring you fully into yourself and as we invoke this energy we ask for you to repeat in your mind or out loud I trust myself completely it is safe to receive infinitely by the power of three I release and seal thee by the power of three I release and seal thee and so it is and as you look down you notice the golden anchor is gone it has integrated fully into your heart feeling that magnetic gold connection taking its root as mother Mary and your higher self guide you back to the stairwell asking you to now lead the way as you slowly climb from the cave one stepping up now two three four five six seven eight nine ten as you reach the top of the platform now the room you once entered has been transformed into a beautiful crystalline pathway storing all the wisdom from your inner children and from your journey today allowing you to directly access this wisdom from your heart space at any time you so choose without the heavy weight of the pain as you walk through this hallway this passageway allowing your hands to be free to feel that crystalline connection to feel that connection with all the wisdom just allowing that to be the magical experience of the power,

The alchemy of your transformation and as you reach the doorway once again opening it entering in to the hall of records mother Mary and your higher self once again guide you back out of the temple and as they open the door everything looks different it looks more alive and more animated more magical as if your inner child is leading the way the space of infinite possibility infinite creation infinite manifestation and as you stop and say goodbye for now to mother Mary and your higher self you thank them for showing up for being your guide and nurturing you through this transformation and as you begin to step down the stairs and enter back into the grass you find a space where you can lie down and reflect on all the magic that just happened allowing that energy,

That remembrance that recall to anchor deeply now into your being as you find yourself sinking deeper and deeper into your current reality as roots begin to emerge from all parts of your being re-anchoring you back in to Gaia and feeling that transition as you come into a conscious presence that your heart space while it is an actual place it is also a state of being a lens of which you see the world through wisdom love and unity as if you were wearing rose colored glasses as you journey taking a deep breath now as we bring our conscious awareness back into this time and space,

This current reality beginning to rotate our wrists and ankles wiggling our fingers and toes and allowing for ourselves to remain open because we can begin to trust ourselves and our response to the world that surrounds us Namaste
