Hello and welcome to this morning meditation,

Designed to help you start off your day right,

With intention,

With clarity and with inner peace.

I invite you to find a comfortable position and just gently closing your eyes and as you feel your body's weight on the surface beneath you,

Just taking a deep breath in now through the nose and out through the mouth as you feel yourself relaxing.

Taking another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth as you feel your muscles soften and any tension releasing.

One more inhale now through the nose and exhale out through the mouth as you feel your attention arriving in this moment.

Now I want you to think of your intention for your day.

How do you want to feel today?

What would you like to experience?

Knowing that anything is available to you and just allowing that intention to seep into your mind,

Planting that seed of possibility for the rest of the day.

And I invite you to think of a situation that you may come across today.

Just bring that to mind now.

And I want you to rehearse in your mind how you would like to act and feel in that situation.

How does it feel to act in a way that is aligned with the ideal version of yourself?

And now I invite you to project yourself to a version of you that has just had an amazing day.

A version of you that at the end of the day is going to sleep peaceful,

Grateful,

Joyful and fulfilled.

And imagine yourself through the eyes of that version of you living that reality.

And how does that version of you feel?

How does it feel to have had an amazing day?

To be joyful,

To be grateful.

And as you inhale now through the nose,

Just embracing that energy and exhaling anything you don't need.

And carrying that feeling with you.

How does that feel in your body?

Tune into the space of your body.

Feel how that feels.

Where do you feel it most?

And feeling that joyful energy in that area.

How does it feel in the space around that area?

The space around your body?

Sense how that feels.

And as you remain in that state,

I invite you to bring to mind a situation that you often face that you would like to change.

Maybe a habit or a behavior,

A recurring thought or emotion.

What is something that you would like to change in your day?

And as you think of that behavior,

That pattern,

I want you to think of what you would like to do instead.

And how would that make you feel?

And as you rest in that feeling,

I invite you to project your awareness into a moment in your day where that situation may arise.

When there is a temptation to go back to that old pattern or behavior.

And as you project your awareness there,

Imagine or feel yourself exhibiting that new behavior,

Choosing new thoughts and feeling something different as a result.

Imagine yourself doing that now.

And how does that feel?

And if you feel your awareness drifting,

Just bringing it back to this present moment.

Maybe to a space at the center of your mind,

The anchor that you can come back to whenever your awareness drifts.

And know that if your mind is going in a direction that does not feel favorable to you,

That you can always bring it back to this space.

At any point throughout your day,

You can close your eyes,

You can take a deep breath and exhale anything that you no longer need.

And as you do so,

You can remind yourself of the behaviors and the feelings that you have rehearsed this morning.

These behaviors and experiences that are in alignment with that future version of yourself that you would like to become.

And knowing that the more that you rehearse this,

And the more that you embody this,

The more that you become that new person.

And the more that these old thoughts,

Feelings,

Behaviors just fall away as they no longer exist in that new version of you.

And as you feel the grace of that new version of you,

I invite you to imagine a mirror in front of you.

And in that mirror is a future version of yourself.

A version of yourself that is more aligned,

More upgraded,

More joyful,

More peaceful,

More present.

And look into the eyes of that future version of yourself.

What is the feeling that that future version of yourself exudes?

How do you feel looking at that advanced future version of yourself?

And as you connect with this future version of you,

I invite you to imagine glowing,

Warm light,

Connecting you and them.

A channel of energy and frequency that carries the information of that future self,

Their mindset,

Their behaviors,

Their energy,

Their wisdom.

Feel all of that information integrating with you.

Feel that warm,

Wise energy glowing around you as you merge with this future version of yourself.

How does that feel?

And thanking that version of yourself now,

I invite you to take a deep breath in through the nose.

And as you exhale out through the mouth,

Feel your vision and your awareness just clearing and making space for a moment of silence,

Of peace and clarity.

Knowing that you can return to this space whenever you need.

And another inhale through the nose.

And as you exhale through the mouth,

Feel your awareness in your body,

From your head down to your neck and your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your torso,

Down through to your legs,

Your feet,

Your body's connection with the surface beneath you.

And just breathe into the space of your body.

I'm going to count up from one to five.

And when I get to five,

You can open your eyes,

Feeling wide awake,

Feeling energized,

Feeling restored and rested and ready for the day.

One,

Two,

Three,

And five.

And you can open your eyes,

Feeling energized,

Feeling rested,

Feeling restored and feeling ready for the day.

Reminding yourself of who you want to be today,

The version of yourself that you want to become.

And take that energy with you through your entire day.
