Hello and welcome to this guided meditation designed to help you reprogram your mind for success.

I invite you to find a comfortable position where you can fully relax without falling asleep whether seated or lying down.

Ensure that you won't be disturbed for the next 15 to 20 minutes and gently close your eyes.

Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling slowly out through the mouth releasing any tension you've been carrying.

And again another inhale through the nose and exhale out through the mouth allowing your breath to find its natural rhythm and noticing that with each breath you feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed.

Notice the weight of your body against the surface beneath you and allow yourself to sink a little deeper with each breath.

Now bring your awareness to your feet feeling any tension there and as you exhale just letting that tension dissolve as you feel your feet becoming heavy and relaxed.

Gently move your awareness up to your calves and knees just allowing yourself to release any tightness or stress that might be stored here and continuing up to your thighs breathing in to any areas of tension and as you exhale just feeling those muscles soften.

Bringing your attention to your hips and your lower back that sometimes hold stress and tension and breathe into these spaces.

Feeling the muscles loosening and relaxing.

Now focus on your abdomen and your chest allowing your breathing to become natural and effortless.

Just noticing your breath moving in and out bringing a feeling of calm and relaxation to your entire torso.

Moving your attention to your shoulders and your neck the areas where many of us carry the weight of our responsibilities and as you exhale feel your shoulders softly dropping away from your ears releasing any tension from this space.

Bring your awareness to your arms and your hands letting them become heavy and completely relaxed.

And finally focus on your face relaxing your jaw letting your tongue rest comfortably softening the muscles around the eyes your forehead allowing your face to relax.

Your body is now in a state of deep relaxation and you notice that your mind is becoming quieter and more receptive and from this calm centered space I invite you to reflect on a time in your past when you first acknowledged a belief that you weren't successful or capable of success.

Try to identify when this limiting belief first entered your mind.

It might have been something that was said to you,

A challenge that you faced or a comparison that you made.

Where were you?

Who was there?

What happened?

Observe this scene as if you're watching a movie noticing the details,

The emotions and the thoughts that arose in your younger self.

And now acknowledge that this belief may have served you at the time perhaps it protected you from disappointment or kept you from taking risks that felt too great or helped you fit in with those around you.

Acknowledge that belief.

Take the time now to thank this belief for once serving you and for the way it has tried to protect you.

But now from your current perspective,

With all the wisdom and experience you have you can look at this situation again from a new perspective.

What do you understand now that you could not see back then?

Take a moment to reframe this memory from a new level of understanding.

Perhaps you've realized the criticism wasn't about your abilities but about somebody else's limitations or that that one setback does not define your potential or that the standards you were measuring yourself against were not relevant to your unique path.

And now it's time to choose a new more empowering belief to replace the limiting one.

And bring to mind what belief would serve you better on your journey to success.

Choose a belief that feels both stretching and believable and that resonates deeply with you.

Take a moment to formulate this new belief clearly in your mind.

Now repeat this belief silently to yourself three times allowing each repetition to sink deeper into your consciousness.

Feeling the truth of this new belief in your body.

How does it feel to embrace this truth about yourself?

With this new belief I invite you to see yourself in the future fully embodying this empowering perspective.

Imagine yourself six months from now living as if this new belief is completely true for you.

See yourself in vivid detail noticing your posture,

The expression on your face,

The calm assurance in your eyes.

Pay attention to the way that you move with purpose and grace.

How are you presenting yourself to the world?

And how does this future feel?

And as you continue observing this future version of yourself,

Notice the wins that you're experiencing.

What achievements large and small are you celebrating?

See evidence of your success appearing in your life and notice how these successes build on each other creating more and more momentum.

And now observe what actions this future version of yourself is taking regularly.

What is your morning routine look like that sets you up for success?

How do you show up in your life?

Notice how these actions align naturally with your new empowering belief.

And in this future,

Notice who is with you,

Who are you collaborating with,

Who is supporting you on your journey,

Who is celebrating your wins with you.

See yourself surrounded by people who recognize and appreciate your value.

Who elevate your energy and reinforce your new empowering beliefs.

And as you continue to observe this future for yourself,

Tune in to how your life feels.

What emotions are most present in your daily experience?

And allow yourself to fully experience these positive emotions now,

Knowing that they are available to you whenever you align with your new empowering belief.

And as you bring your visualization to a close,

Ask yourself what one action can you commit to today that will support you on your journey for success?

Choose something specific and set this commitment firmly in your mind.

Now beginning to bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Feel the surface supporting you.

Noticing the temperature of the air on your skin and becoming aware of any sounds in your environment.

Begin to gently wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Reawakening your body.

Take a deep energizing breath.

Whenever you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes.

Carrying with you your new empowering belief and your commitment to action.

Knowing that you can return to this visualization anytime you need to reinforce your new programming for success.

Remembering that you have everything you need within you to create the success you desire.

Take a moment to express gratitude to yourself for showing up for your growth and transformation.

Knowing that each time you practice,

You're strengthening the neural pathways that support your success.
