Crown Chakra Sound Bath

This is Joanne playing her crystal bowls for a crown chakra meditation. This is one that having a notepad or journal close by will be useful. The crown chakra, also known as Sahasrara, is the seventh and highest of the seven main chakras. It is located at the top of the head and is associated with a violet or white color. This chakra connects to your individual awareness with universal consciousness, serving as a gateway to divine energy and spiritual enlightenment.

Joanne thank you so much for that. I was floating down a very slow river that was almost stagnant, but I wanted to go fast! And then I looked around and it was so peaceful and beautiful. I realized that I could enjoy the peace and beauty that is here right now. I don't have to be in a hurry. 🥰
