Reconnect With The Divine Within

In every spiritual tradition, we talk about a source of Peace, Love, Wisdom, and Light. Whether you call it God, the Divine, Spirit, or Source - it's something we aspire to. A place of Oneness. The key here is to reconnect with this presence within yourself. And this is why I created this meditation: as a space that will hold your focus, bringing it back to oneness, peace, and love within.

You're invited to experience these qualities in whatever way feels authentic to you. There is nothing you need to believe or achieve - only an invitation to become still and open to experiencing it more deeply.

Welcome. Allow yourself to use this time of silence and solitude to get in touch with the divine within. When ready, Close your eyes. And take a few deep breaths. Calming inhales. And slow exhales. Allow your breath to be a little deeper. And a little slower than usual. Become aware of the flow of your breath. The gentle rise and fall of your chest. And notice how in just a few moments Your breath helps you settle into stillness. Guiding you inward. Let yourself relax. Release any tension you might be holding in your face. Release any tension you might be holding in your shoulders. Imagine you are releasing obstacles to peace. As you allow yourself to leave the outside world behind. And bring your awareness within. Imagine a sphere of warm light surrounding you. Imagine a sphere of protective light surrounding you. And moment by moment. Drifting deeper and deeper. You are guided to the place within that is eternal. You are getting in touch with the place within that is eternal. The part of you that remembers divine peace. Divine Love. Divine Light. The stillness of the present moment. May feel sacred. As you ponder within. Truly connecting to this possibility. What would it feel like to have Divine Peace? What would it be like to experience Divine Peace? And now as if beyond time and space, Notice a subtle shift within. A sacred doorway, A portal opening gently. As you align with divine peace. Notice how it feels in your body. And from this stillness ask within. What would it be like to experience? Divine Love. What would it feel like to feel? Divine Love. Allow yourself to notice something within softening. As this energy spreads through your chest. Expansive and warm. Unconditional and constant. And now as if beyond time and space you may become aware of a subtle glow in the center of your being. The glow of your inner light. Feel it rising upward. Extending beyond you. Surrounding you. The peace that you feel in your body. The love that you feel in your heart. The light in your entire being. You can experience here and now exactly as you are. And now, When you are ready to return, Bring your awareness back to your physical body. Taking a deep breath.
