This short meditation is designed to awaken your body,
Clear your mind,
And help you step into the day with fresh energy.
Now there's no rush,
You don't have to force yourself awake.
So instead,
We'll gently invite your body and mind into alertness.
So let's begin with the breath.
Take a deep inhale through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely,
And exhale slowly through your mouth,
Letting go of sleepiness.
And again,
Inhale deeply,
Drawing in fresh new energy,
And then exhale fully,
Releasing whatever feels heavy.
And now,
One more time,
Breathe in fully,
Feel your chest expand,
And then breathe out completely,
Soft and clear.
And now,
Let your breath settle into a natural rhythm.
Each inhale is waking you up,
And each exhale is helping you feel steady.
So bring your awareness now to the crown of your head.
Imagine a warm golden light touching your scalp,
And then spreading down your face.
Feel your eyes brighten,
Your jaw soften,
And your mind clear.
This golden light flows down your neck and shoulders,
And any stiffness just melts away.
And now,
The light moves into your chest.
Feel your breath expand,
And feel your heart awaken.
Each inhale fills you with strength,
And each exhale rounds you.
The golden light continues into your arms,
Down through your hands and fingers.
Feel the gentle buzz of energy,
Like you're being charged with vitality.
And now,
Bring your awareness to your belly and your core.
Feel it strengthen with each breath,
Steady and alive.
The light flows down into your legs,
Into your thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
And your feet.
Feel yourself rooted,
Supportive,
And ready to move into the day with confidence.
So now,
Imagine yourself standing outside beneath the rising sun.
The air is fresh,
And the sky is glowing with a new light.
The sun lifts over the horizon,
And with every breath,
You draw in its energy.
Each inhale brings golden warmth into your body,
And each exhale sends that energy flowing outward,
Ready to shape your day.
See yourself moving through today with ease,
Focused,
Energized,
And very calm.
Notice the small smile on your face as you carry this light with you.
And now,
Silently repeat after me,
I am awake.
I am strong.
And I am ready for this day.
So say it again silently and with conviction,
I am awake.
I am strong.
And I am ready.
So now,
Take a final deep breath in,
Drawing in all the energy of the morning.
Hold it,
And then exhale fully.
So begin to wiggle your fingers and toes now.
Roll your shoulders gently,
And then bring movement back into your body.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes now.
Step into your day with clarity,
Focus,
And strength.
The energy is already within you.
You're ready now.
