The guidance focuses on a general feeling of happy days, when time stands still, you feel calm and at ease. A brief body relaxation, some initial nature imagery, just suggested, for the first hour. Then, for the next 6 hours, focus on comfort, lightness, drifting... Voice guidance stops 20 min before the end. The Volume of the voice is lowered slightly as the meditation progresses. The music can be easily synchronized with one's breath as it gently rises and goes down, just like breath. An occasional female singing voice adds to the dreamy atmosphere.
