On the exhale close your eyes.
Take a moment to just be.

Focus your attention on your breathing.
What is the quality of your breathing right now?
Where do you feel your breathing in your body?
Sit with your breathing for a while.
Whenever a thought arises,
Notice the thought and just come back to your breathing.
Now,
Put your right hand on your heart.
What does that feel like?
What comes up for you when you do this?
Now,
Take a moment to be grateful for your heart.
Whenever a feeling comes up,
Notice the feeling and bring your attention back to your heart.
Now,
If you are in a space that requires silence,
Use your inner voice.
Otherwise,
Breathe in and say out loud,
I thank you heart.
Again,
And notice what happens in your body when you say this,

Take a moment to listen to what arises in your body.
