The kind moment,
The benefactor in your life,
Or spiritual benefactor.
Yeah.
Okay.
So,
Taking a few breaths and settling into your posture.
On your inhales,
Letting that draw your attention down into the feeling,
Sensing body.
So we're shifting from the thinking mind to the feeling mind,
The sensing body.
And then working with some longer exhales,
Just to help the body soften,
And the jaw,
Throat,
Shoulders,
And really working with just a sense of rest,
Feeling the gravity of your body,
Weight of your body.
And then calling to mind your field of care,
Your caring moment,
The benefactor,
Spiritual being.
And bring this to mind,
Not just as a memory or an abstraction,
But as if it was happening here and now,
Right here with you in the room,
Vividly,
And you're being seen and held in deep care,
Compassion,
Acceptance,
And warmth,
Beyond all judgments.
Believe and feel or imagine that this is really happening,
And relax into this experience,
Steeping in its loving energies,
Healing its tender qualities,
And letting these tender qualities just infuse your whole body and mind,
And your whole world,
Like just lying in the sun and being warmed,
Sitting by a warm fire,
So all of you infused these kind,
Kind,
Tender qualities.
Every part of you loved in its very being,
And as thoughts and feelings arise,
Or any reactions,
Distractions,
You just let them be embraced,
These loving qualities,
And let them just unwind in their own way,
In their own time.
And if you lose connection to the loving qualities,
Just freshly recall your field of care,
As if it's here,
Happening now,
Holding you,
Deep acceptance.
So every,
The mind gets lost,
Every distraction,
Every thought,
Habit of mind,
Emotion,
They just get included,
No problem.
They're just loved in their very being,
Totally without judgment.
And then for the final part of this practice,
You let this environment of warmth and acceptance just help support your mind to relax deeply.
Just release all efforts,
All goals,
And let your mind just settle back a bit inwardly,
And relax into the background of its awareness,
Which is naturally wide open and luminous,
Like a vast sky.
And as thoughts and feelings arise,
Just let them process themselves,
And release within the sky-like openness of awareness,
Letting the warmth and the love support you to trust enough just to relax,
Drop back,
Let go of all the doing.
