So settling into your posture.
And you can take a few deeper breaths.
I like to imagine the breath is that deep inhale is like escorting my attention into my body,
Just welcoming it in,
Drawing it in,
So we can ride the breath into the body.
And then.
.
.
Inviting some softening on the exhales.
Through the shoulders and the jaw,
The throat.
You might have a feeling like you're just surrendering your weight to gravity.
And then letting your breath just settle into its natural rhythm.
And bringing your attention to the heart center.
And you can feel.
I love this instruction,
Just imagine that you feel.
A warmth.
And well-being radiating from the heart center.
And then imagining that or feeling it.
Spreading up into your neck.
Head and face.
And out through your shoulders,
Down through the arms.
And down through your torso.
The hips and down into the legs and feet.
And then just having a sense of the whole body.
With this warmth and well-being.
