
Calm Abiding: Settling Into Body And Breath
This is a short meditation that invites a simple settling into body and breath. Because it is short, it can be used daily or between daily tasks/meetings. This recording was made at the Accessing the Unconditional Love and Wisdom of our Buddha Nature retreat in December 2025. These Sustainable Compassion Training meditations are inspired by the teachings of Lama John Makransky and adapted from Tibetan Buddhist traditions (especially Dzogchen and Mahāmudrā).
