Sit comfortably in a chair or on the floor.

Gently close your eyes.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Breath coming in,

Count one.

Breath going out,

Count two.

Breath coming in,

Count three.

Breath going out,

Count four.

Breath coming in,

Count five.

Breath going out,

Count six.

Breath coming in,

Count seven.

Breath going out,

Count eight.

Breath coming in,

Count nine.

Breath going out,

Count ten.

Gently raise the corners of your mouth into a smile and slowly open your eyes.
