Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position and then closing your eyes or gazing down.
And then start to notice your breath as it moves in and out through your nose.
Not changing how you're breathing,
Just noticing the air as it moves.
Taking a moment here to listen to yourself breathing.
And now taking a moment to see if you can feel the temperature of the air as it moves in and out.
And now from this place of connection with your breath,
I invite you to start taking a little deeper inhale and a little deeper exhale with each breath.
Not forcing anything,
But just going a little bit deeper with each breath,
Each inhale,
Each exhale.
And now with intention on your inhale,
I want you to feel as if the breath is moving up from your feet to your knees,
To your hips,
All the way up through your chest,
To your head and then out through your nose.
So breathing up through your feet,
To your knees,
Your hips,
Through your chest,
To your head and out through your nose.
Elongating each breath just a little bit.
Without it feeling like a struggle.
Feeling this wave of air move up through your body and out.
Slowing down each breath.
Seeing how slow you can inhale and how slow you can exhale.
And now from this place of presence and connection,
I want you to bring a memory to your mind of a time where you felt truly confident.
You felt so confident in yourself and so powerful.
What did it look like?
But also what did it feel like?
Were there other people there?
What were you doing?
And how did it make you feel when you felt this confident?
Continuing with our slow deep breaths.
And on those inhales,
Feel that confidence building inside you.
And on the exhales,
Feel as if you're sending that confidence out into the world.
Breathing in the confidence and sending it out.
And now let's take a deep inhale in,
Filling up with all that confidence.
And then hold it at the top and feel that confidence build and build and build inside you.
And when you feel like you can't hold it anymore,
Let all that confidence out with a big sound.
And when you're ready,
You can wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes and really feel the sense of confidence with you each and every day.
And know you can return to this confidence anytime you need it.
Anytime you need a reminder of how confident you are.
