Close your eyes or gaze down and start to notice your breath as it goes in and out through your nose.

Not changing how you're breathing,

But simply noticing.

See if you can feel the hairs in your nose move as the air moves in and out,

And see if you can feel the temperature of the air.

Now I'm going to begin today's affirmation,

And when you hear me say the affirmation,

Simply repeat it back to yourself silently.

So let's begin by bringing a smile to your face.

I speak my truth.

I release what doesn't serve me.

And remember this affirmation when you need to remind yourself of the truth.

That you can listen to your inner wisdom.

You can speak your truth.

And you can release what doesn't serve you.
