The Little Tiger with the Big Temper is a sweet children's story about friendship, empathy and conscious communication, and is specifically crafted so that children and adults can learn (and practice!) mindfulness tools (The Mindful Pause and Belly Breathing) together. Serving a dual purpose, this story can teach a way to help adults navigate and soothe a child’s challenging emotions as well as foster emotional literacy and self-regulation skills in little ones. As a twin mama to strong-willed boys, I know firsthand that parenting can be tough at times. So, I published this story to help families use mindfulness tools to encourage them to calmly respond to feelings of stress, anxiety or frustration. I hope you and your children enjoy it!
