This is a brief,
Well-wishing practice.
I'll share aspirational phrases of kindness and benevolence that you may offer toward yourself or direct to others in your life.
I'll use the pronoun you when I share the phrases to convey that I'm offering these wishes from my heart to yours.
Please modify the pronoun in any way that suits you as you receive the wish or offer it outwards.
There will be a silence after each phrase and you may choose whether you'd like to bask in the wish or offer it outwards.
May you be present.
May you be present.
May you feel grounded.
May you experience delight.
May you be kind toward yourself.
May you recognize your own sadness,
Pain,
And hurt and treat it with care.
May you receive the unique gifts of your life.
May you feel empowered to learn.
May you participate in love.
May you listen deeply to yourself and others.
And may you truly be safe.
If it appeals to you,
Take this time to allow your own heart to generate creative and spontaneous wishes for yourself,
For others.
As this practice comes to a close,
I wish you so well.
