This Internal Family Systems (IFS) meditation helps you practice unblending and getting to know one of your parts. Part 1 gently guides you through an unblending process (1-minute pauses between steps), and Part 2 lays out questions you can ask the part (2-minute reflection periods between questions). You might want to have a journal nearby to take notes. This meditation was inspired by Osnat Arbel's unblending technique, developed in collaboration with Emma Goldman-Sherman, and includes music composed by Narek Mirzaei (Music Of Wisdom).
