Neurodivergence can take many different forms, but it simply means that someone's brain works differently. This Internal Family Systems (IFS) meditation takes a neuroaffirming approach to helping you get to know your system: how your parts show up, what sorts of parts may show up, and which qualities of Self resonate the most for you. It assumes a basic level of familiarity with IFS. There are three built-in periods of reflection (3 min long) for exploring what you are learning and experiencing.
