Magic is all around us if you believe what does this word mean to you Webster says beautiful or delightful in such a way as to seem removed from everyday life I guess this depends on what your everyday life looks like as of late everyday life feels very much like separation I am me you are you they are they I'm right you're wrong we are witnessing the many differences among us as a society to be amplified and creating much division and what we are left with is loneliness loneliness is a pandemic in and of itself but what if we embrace the differences agree to disagree and know that we truly are all the same one nation but many tribes different colors creeds religions animals birds trees and all of nature really the elements the wind water fire earth and the sky are all connected by the breath and the power of love and gratitude all that is truly needed is to shift our perspective for a new awareness and feel gratitude for this infinite consciousness we now begin the practice of yoga nidra take the posture of shavasana lying down on your back with your arms to the sides of your waist and your palms facing up your head is in a neutral alignment with a clear channel from the back of your throat down to your pelvic floor your legs are comfortably falling out to the sides your low back steady and stable onto the ground gently lock the eyelid doors and shut out the wild dance of tempting scenes and tune into your physical body if there are any last-minute adjustments you need to make in order to feel more comfortable make them now and take a slow deep breath and release yourself into stillness bringing awareness to your physical body choosing the action of non-action this deep state of surrender will leave you settling into the most dreamlike state ready to believe and receive the magic visualize the golden light of the Sun at the soles of your feet and start to move through your body into your chest and heart down into your arms and fingers the light now descends into your lower limbs to your feet and toes filling you up with warmth see how the light moves into your mind and fills your head with sunlight by relaxing and simultaneously illuminating the light within your body you can access the magic that lives within settle yourself even deeper within your physical giving yourself to the earth like a gift feeling her warm embrace holding you ever so gently resting with ease as you journey through infinite consciousness now become aware of your breath the in-breath and the out-breath becoming aware of the rise and fall of your belly without trying to change a thing just observing this magical life force moving through you creating ripples of relaxation magic my awareness and gratitude of infinite consciousness leave the mind and drop into the feeling body the blood the cells white blood cells red blood cells tendons the ligaments muscles and flesh all working together to serve this whole consciousness made form breathe and then connect to your heart feel the beat of your heart the unique and infinite rhythm hear all of the potentials and possibilities within this rhythm the harmony of life itself and feel it pulsing through you rest at the base of your heart feel gratitude for this magical life this consciousness made form as you grow quieter listen for this message or intention from you to you through the universe my awareness and gratitude of infinite consciousness and repeat it three times now silently to yourself with full attention faith and conviction magic magic magic you feel the magic within me you and we feel this magic in your heart believe this magic in your heart now let it go and release it into deeper states of the mind and body bring your awareness to your eyebrow center stay focused and grow more concentrated I will guide you now through the physical body that guides you through the mandala around the body bring your awareness into these specific points and anywhere attention and a focused mind lands into the energy begins to flow now visualize a bright white light a prism of white light separated into a spectrum of colors red orange yellow green blue indigo and purple right in the center of your eyebrow all reflected into one bright white light in the center of your eyebrows now moves to the palm of the right hand the right hand thumb first finger middle finger ring finger small finger your right wrist forearm elbow upper arm shoulder armpit right side ribs waist upper leg knee lower leg ankle heel arch of the right foot big toe second toe third toe fourth toe and fifth toe whole right side of the body magic is flowing through the whole right side of the body and shift your attention now to the left side of the body into the palm of the left hand left hand thumb first finger middle finger ring finger pinky finger wrist forearm elbow upper arm shoulder armpit left side ribs waist left thigh knee shin ankle heel arch of the left foot big toe second toe third toe fourth toe fifth toe whole left side of the body magic is flowing a whole left side of the body now move to the soles of the feet everywhere you touch your awareness into the back body magic will begin to flow right heel left heel right calf left calf back of the right knee back of the left knee right buttock left buttock lower back right shoulder blade left shoulder blade back of the neck back of the head and sense magic flowing through the whole back body bring your attention to the crown of your head feeling gratitude for your life now forehead right eye left eye right temple left temple right nostril left nostril right ear left ear upper lip lower lip now since the magic flowing to all the points of the face and head move your attention to the throat right side chest left side chest upper abdomen lower abdomen right side pelvis left side pelvis move now to the pelvic floor and honing in with your awareness to the space you send upwards a few inches below the navel ascending further up your spine to the solar plexus sending further up to the heart even further up to the throat continue up through the brain to your third eye I send all the way up to the crown of your head now sense the energy flowing the magic flowing all the way up from the base of the pelvis to the crown of the head feel this magic flow ascending all the way up now feel your whole body become the magic of your whole body now in this physical form you are the trillions of cells making up this consciousness made form this vessel that you experience this reality in we are always whole you're always home you come back to your breath and feel the light breeze of your breath moving you in a rhythmic way and blowing truth and faith into your being become more aware of this deep truth that lives within that is always there and always present feeling into the expansion and contraction intrinsic to life as we know it remember the magic within and expanding we remember who we are contracting we let go of all that we are not and I'll leave you in this space for a short while to discover the magic and shift deeper into relaxation and invite in the experience of loneliness what does loneliness feel like feeling alone abandoned separate complete emptiness or destruction craving human contact disconnected and detached loneliness is your experience what feelings sensation thoughts arise when you experience loneliness now shift to the opposite and bring in the experience of feeling connected like you belong deep sense of companionship and relationship with yourself others and all that you are surrounded by the trees the wind the earth the animals and all beings camaraderie connection complete coherence you in the feeling of loneliness and connection at the same time you let this go bring your awareness back to the center of your eyebrows the Chittaka the space of nothing and everything folding in upon itself will now move into a visualization as best you can create the images and the visuals that are mentioned and hold no judgment on what arises and shift deeper into relaxation children playing on the playground the sound of a puppy breathing dark side of the moon a baby laughing a golden spider web field of roses the hands of your grandfather a white unicorn your childhood bedroom the eyes of someone you deeply love a white owl flying through the starry night sky 13 shooting stars a river of fire flowing into the ocean bright orange lava mesmerizing you into a state of meditation and joining more and more and work and continue to journey inward all the way to your center to the magic within my awareness and gratitude of infinite consciousness you are walking on this black molten lava that was once a river of fire surrounded by black rocks as far as you can see to the left feeling this fire within burning away all your fears from the past mother ocean to the right you walk over to see the infinite water standing high above the waves crash and splash as a gust of wind blows into you feeling once again truth and faith throughout and within the truth of this present moment you feel a light rain trickling down cleansing all your tears and pain physical emotional mental you look up and see within the clouds the most vibrant massive rainbow the symbol of sacred covenant between the earth and all its living creatures your ancestors the universe and you once again feeling all of the sacred blessings that surround you the spectrum of colors all folding into one bright light in the sky and see the light feel the light be the light feel the message of this light deep within your heart the offerings the codes and symbols all within this light of transformation magic magic magic coming back to the sound of my voice again feeling into your whole body this consciousness made form as you wake up to the truth magic within and around you you know all that is real believing is seen knowing that you belong you are worthy you were born worthy for a purpose on purpose you are the divinity that you seek you deserve the world and the world deserves you you are so loved it's just that simple you are love yeah yeah yeah
