Find a comfortable space to lie down.
Maybe placing a pillow underneath your head.
If you feel more comfortable sitting upright,
That's okay too.
Just find a comfortable position where you can completely relax.
Take some time now to connect inward.
Focusing your energy on nurturing your fertility.
On trusting in your body and connecting with that part of you that longs to be a mother.
Creating space to welcome in that desire.
Begin by taking some slow deep breaths in and out through your nose.
Start to draw your breath down,
Deeper and deeper.
As if you are breathing into your pelvic area.
Allowing each breath you take to nourish your entire body.
Releasing any fears,
Doubts,
Worry or tension with every exhalation.
Allow the breath to move through your body like a gentle wave.
Take a few more slow deep breaths in and out through your nose.
Allowing it to deepen and slow with each inhale and each exhale.
Now bring your hands together,
Palm to palm,
At the front of your body and begin to rub them against one another.
Generating heat,
Creating warm energy between the palms of the hands.
Then take your hands and place them over your hips,
Your ovaries,
Your lower abdomen.
Feeling the warmth spread over these areas.
Continue breathing in and out through your nose.
Keeping your breath slow and steady.
Again,
Rub your hands together creating this warm,
Positive energy and place your hands over your pelvic area.
Directing all the positive energy into this area as you do.
Take a few more slow deep breaths.
Feel your ribcage expand as you inhale and gently contract as you exhale.
Let your belly soften completely,
Feeling it rise and fall with each breath you take.
When you're ready,
Find a comfortable position for your hands.
You may like to leave them resting gently on your belly or it may feel better to have them rest gently by your side.
Take a moment to connect with your heart now.
Breathing into your heart space.
Letting a sense of love and gratitude begin to grow and expand throughout your whole body.
Infusing your body completely with this sense of love and gratitude.
Thanking your body for all that it has done for you.
For supporting you through all that you have been through so far.
Know that you have done all that you can for now.
There is nothing else you need to do during this cycle.
This is the time for you to try and rest and recharge as much as you can.
It is your job now to just simply look after you.
To allow your body and your mind to relax as much as possible.
This period of waiting can sometimes feel stressful.
But try to allow yourself as many moments of peace and relaxation as you can.
Surrender all control and know that whatever comes next is happening for a reason.
Send your focus to your belly now.
Imagine your womb space filling with a warm golden light.
Filling completely with positive,
Nurturing,
Supportive energy.
Imagine more and more positive energy flowing into this area with each breath you take.
Now visualize your embryo safely burying into the lining of your womb.
Visualize the soft,
Thick lining of your womb safely holding and supporting your growing embryo.
Providing all the oxygen and nutrients it needs to develop.
Trust that your body is providing everything it can.
That your body is doing everything it is capable of.
In order to help your embryo nestle safely and to grow and develop as best it can.
The best thing you can do for your body and your mind right now is to rest and relax.
To try to release any worry or tension you are still holding onto.
And to surrender all desire for control.
Allow yourself the next little while to just focus on your breath.
To allow your body and your mind to relax completely.
Let your mind begin to still.
Releasing any internal chatter,
Any distractions.
Just focusing fully on your breath coming in and out through your nose.
Letting yourself sink into stillness.
Sink into silence.
Coming back to the present moment only when you feel ready.
