I'm Jessie Galvin.
Welcome to this meditation to reduce overwhelm and stress.
I'll take a few moments to find somewhere comfortable either sitting or lying down.
If it feels okay to do so you can close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in your own time.
Allowing yourself to settle into this experience and to this moment right now as you exhale.
As you begin to find yourself arriving into the present moment in your mind's eye visualize a soft white light above your head glowing and radiant.
This light is filled with pure love,
A calming energy here to support and protect you.
With your next inhale imagine this white light gently flowing down from above you entering through the top of your head.
As it moves through you it clears away any tension or heaviness.
Replacing it with a sense of peace and clarity as you connect back to your true nature to the frequency of your soul.
Feel the white light spreading across your face down through your neck and shoulders releasing any tightness or stress.
Let it continue flowing down your arms into your hands softening any areas of discomfort.
Now visualize this light traveling down through your chest and abdomen clearing any blockages or heaviness in your heart or in your stomach.
Allow this loving light this pure frequency of your soul to flow freely easily easing any emotional or mental overwhelm that is present in this moment.
The white light continues down your legs through your knees and all the way to your feet.
Imagine it pouring out through the soles of your feet into mother earth.
Grounding you fully into this moment now.
As you sit and rest in this glowing light visualize it expanding beyond your body forming a protective shield of calm energy around you.
You are surrounded by this powerful peaceful light.
Your energy field becomes a place of unconditional love and all overwhelm stress or tension is transmuted into unconditional love now.
There is nothing you need to do for this to happen.
This white light contains the energy of your guides your higher self the energy of your fully expanded being and as you simply sit and allow this white light to flow through your body allow yourself to receive you become a vessel of unconditional love.
Allow yourself to rest here for a few more breaths feeling this pure white light filling your body and radiating your true sense of calm throughout your entire being.
Feel yourself expanding as you rest here for a few more breaths.
Gently bring your awareness back onto your breath and onto your physical body.
You may like to wiggle your fingers and your toes to shift your awareness back through time and space into your bodily experience here and now.
To make this transition take one more deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
When you're ready slowly blink your eyes open knowing that this energy is always available to you because it comes from you.
That you know the pathway to connect and you can do so whenever you need to.
May you carry this light with you in your heart allowing it to guide you day by day.
