Hello,

I'm Jessie Galvin.

Welcome to day three,

The heart's gentle light.

Take a few moments to make yourself comfortable in whatever way feels right for you.

With a reminder that you can adjust your position at any time.

Begin with a deep breath in through the nose,

Releasing the breath out through your mouth.

Sensing the support beneath you,

Notice how the ground holds you exactly as you are.

When you feel ready,

Bring your attention to the center of your chest.

There's no need to change your breathing.

Simply notice its natural rhythm here.

Imagine a soft,

Gentle light in the space around your heart.

You may sense it as a color that feels soothing to you in this moment.

If you'd like,

Place one hand over your heart or keep your hands wherever they're most comfortable.

Let your presence surround your heart space like a gentle sunrise.

No need to force anything.

Just like sunlight naturally illuminates,

This awareness brings warmth to your heart center.

As you rest here,

You may notice different sensations or feelings arising.

Remember,

You can always widen your focus,

Include the whole room,

Or return to the feeling of support beneath you.

Feel comfortable.

Allow this light to gently expand with each breath,

Getting brighter,

Illuminating your chest and your shoulders.

Notice how this light creates space.

Space to be exactly as you are.

Space to move at your own pace.

Space to experience more of your authentic light.

As you allow yourself to experience this spaciousness,

You may silently offer yourself these affirmations.

I give myself permission to be here now.

I trust my own timing.

I love and accept myself exactly as I am.

Allow yourself to rest in this gentle radiance.

Notice how it feels to be held by your own presence.

Notice how your body becomes more and more relaxed.

As you connect the light in your heart,

The gentle power of your presence.

Gently start to become aware of your breath once more.

Allow the gentle rhythm of your breath together with your heart to guide you to a deep and nourishing sleep.
