Hello,
I'm Jared Lesler,
And this is my daily gratitude.
Give me about five minutes,
And I'll lead you through.
Gratitude is an important and essential practice for me,
But it's not always easy.
So that's why I'm here for at least the next month to lead us through some.
So before we get going,
Let's take a big breath.
A big,
Deep cleansing breath.
Biggest breath of the day.
Hold it up top,
And let it out.
That always feels good to me.
And as the music comes around,
Let's sing our chorus.
Thank you,
Thank you,
For what we've come to do.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you,
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
What is gratitude?
For me,
It's the antidote.
It's the thing that I've been looking for when I didn't even know I was missing it.
As I get busy in my life,
Lost in my head,
I tend to lose sight of what's really important.
The here,
The now,
The music in my ears,
The song in my heart,
The breath in my lungs.
And if I can get grounded in those simple,
Simple things and be grateful for them,
I just tend to enjoy myself more.
I'm more productive,
And I'm happier.
And with that good news,
We sing.
Thank you,
Thank you,
For what we've come to do.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you,
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And in a moment,
In a quiet moment,
Even in a loud place,
When I can find a breath or just a moment to slow down and know and notice something beautiful and what surrounds me,
I find gratitude,
And I'm grounded once again in the reality that I want to live in.
And I sing.
Thank you,
Thank you,
For what we've come to do.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you,
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And with that,
Again,
I am thankful for you being here and for your willing heart.
Thank you.
