Hello.
I'm Jared Wessler,
And this is my daily gratitude.
Give me about five minutes and I'll guide you through.
Gratitude is an essential practice for me,
But it's not always easy.
So that's why I'm here to guide us in some.
Before we get going,
Let's take one giant deep cleansing breath that we'll hold at the top.
Here we go.
Big breath.
Biggest breath of the day.
Hold it for a moment.
Just a little bit longer and let it out with.
Shake out anything that feels tight.
I always love the way a big breath feels.
And as the music comes around,
Let's sing our chorus.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Today,
I am grateful for when I don't know what to do.
When I don't know what to do,
Many people hear me say,
I try and do something simple.
Well,
But what I'm always excited about is it gives me an opportunity to create.
And I do.
I start simply when I was a kid and I didn't know how to cook.
I figured I could figure out how to make toast and scrambled eggs.
And as the years went on,
I'm actually a pretty decent chef.
Now,
When I didn't know how to make music,
Well,
What does one note sound like on the guitar?
Does it sound good with another one?
What are these basic chords people talk about?
And now I'm a pretty decent musician.
And so for doing something simple,
I sing.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Thank you.
So remember,
When you don't know what to do,
It's a gift.
It's an opportunity to be creative and invent something new.
Or maybe just try and do something simple.
Well,
Don't let it stress you out.
Just know you have a blank slate when you don't know what to do.
And it's time to create.
Maybe sing to it.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
One last time.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
As always,
I am grateful for your willing heart,
And for you being here today.
Thank you.
