Hello.
I'm Jared Wessler,
And this is my daily gratitude.
Give me about five minutes,
And I'll guide you through.
Gratitude is an essential practice for me,
But it's not always easy.
So that's why I'm here to lead us in some.
So before we get going,
Let's go ahead and take one giant cleansing breath that we hold at the top.
Here we go.
Biggest breath of the day.
And hold it,
Hold it,
And let it out with a.
.
.
Shake out anything that might be feeling tight.
That feels so good.
And as the music comes around,
Let's sing.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
Today,
I am grateful for grief.
I'm feeling grief strong right now.
My grandfather was going through the process of passing on this time last year.
And my father is currently in hospice care.
And it makes me sad,
And it's hard.
But it also reminds me of how much I love them.
And it reminds me of what's important in life.
And how grateful I am to have had these two men.
It's hard for one to be going,
And for one to be gone.
But I get to carry them with me always.
And to that I sing.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And as I wipe the tears from my eyes and my face,
I remind you and I remind myself that grief is not a bad thing.
It's a sign that your heart is open and that you have loved.
And that we should always be grateful for love.
Oh,
So very grateful.
And to that I sing.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
And again.
Thank you.
Thank you.
For what we've come to do.
Thank you.
As always,
I am grateful for your willing heart and for you being here today.
Thank you.
