Jenny is passionate about helping people live with more mindfulness, kindness and compassion. She began practicing mindfulness when she was a teenager in the 1980s and the practice supported her through many challenging times. She now teaches and mentors mindfulness students full-time in community and corporate settings. She is a certified MBSR teacher and Trauma-Sensitive mindfulness practitioner, a member of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association, the founder of Open Wisdom in the Blue Mountains, Australia, and the Co-National Director of Potential Project Australia.
