Allowing yourself to simply come back to this moment.
Come back to this mind.
Coming back to this body.
As we simply breathe and be.
Allowing yourselves to simply breathe and be.
Coming back to the space as you allow yourself to just rest within this moment.
Whether you are sitting up or laying down.
Simply allowing yourself to rest and be comfortable in this space and place.
Breathing and being.
And simply being with this moment with ease,
Grace and peace.
Allowing yourself to simply drop down to a space of relaxation as you allow all the muscles of your body to simply drop deeper and deeper into this moment.
Into relaxation.
Simply breathing and being.
As we come back to this here and now.
And within this meditation,
What we are simply doing is we're simply opening up to all that there is within life.
Life includes light aspects,
Dark aspects,
Even death.
We're just simply breathing and being.
Knowing that there is sometimes painful emotions that arise or sensations within the body.
Sometimes we may even feel this deep rooted fear within our minds and bodies.
Anxiety or this compulsive desire to run,
Run and run away from people,
Places or things.
Allowing these emotions and sensations to arise within this moment as we breathe and be.
Recognizing that these sensations are sensations.
These thoughts of fear,
Of needing to get the heck away are just thoughts.
Allowing yourself to breathe,
To be.
Even with feelings of abandonment,
Feelings,
Fear of death,
Feelings of anxiety.
Just breathing and being.
Allowing these aspects to arise and pass,
To arise and pass as we simply observe the mind and body.
Simply observing,
Observing,
Observing,
Observing.
Sometimes we come back to the now.
Within this space and place of the now,
You allow yourself to be free,
Free,
Free.
You allow yourself to be free of all of these sensations,
Of these thoughts.
You allow yourself to simply be free,
Meaning you allow yourself to be aware,
To observe from a bird's eye perspective.
All of these sensations,
All of these thoughts,
Knowing that these are just sensations and thoughts,
Not who you are,
Nothing but impermanent.
You allow yourself to recognize that within a space of awareness,
You have the power to choose how you react.
You have the power to simply be aware and be free,
Meaning you can feel the sensations,
But at the same time,
You can feel in the safety of the now.
You can feel the freedom of the now.
You can be free of the suffering that is created within the mind.
Breathing and being with all the sensations of the body,
All the thoughts of the mind,
Just breathing and being.
Feelings are just feelings.
Thoughts are just thoughts.
They just simply are.
Breathing and being.
Within the space and place of breathing and being,
You allow this aspect of you,
Of the mind to arise.
You visualize you within this moment,
Feeling ease,
Grace,
And peace.
In your mind's eye,
You see yourself on a bright sunny day,
Feeling in the warmth of the sun,
Yet the coolness of the breeze.
You're on a field of green,
Grassy fields,
Just you in this present moment,
Feeling at ease,
Grace,
And peace.
Within this moment,
You feel peace because you recognized that the feelings of wanting to run away,
Of getaway,
The fears,
The anxieties,
The fear of death,
The fear of just being in this present moment arise and it passed.
It came up within the subconscious,
Unconscious mind to the conscious and it passed.
Just like that.
It took some time,
But you recognize within this moment that it was simply an impermanent sensation.
The thoughts of fear were impermanent as well.
You breathe in the coolness of this breeze.
You feel in the warmth of the sun as you hug yourself,
Feeling in the safety of the here and now.
Feeling in the comfort of being you,
Of being brave,
Of being courageous,
For allowing some of these sensations to arise and to pass.
You're brave.
You are strong.
You recognize that strength within you as you tap into your mindfulness of awareness of the sensations of the body,
Of the thoughts of the mind,
As you free yourself from the suffering from the mind,
As you just allow things to arise and pass,
Letting go of attachment to the sensations,
To the stories of the mind,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go.
Breathing in being as you feel in the warmth of the sun and your inner love.
Breathing in this inner love,
This inner peace,
This inner strength and stillness that is within you,
Within this moment,
Within this here and now.
Breathing and being and allowing all aspects of life to arise and pass.
In moments of bliss,
You recognize that happiness,
Bliss are in permanent states as well.
Arising and passing.
Arising and passing.
Letting go of attachment and simply coming back to this moment,
To this present moment,
To this here and now.
Breathing and being as you feel in to the stillness of your mind,
Of your body,
Of this moment,
Of this here and now.
