Everyone.
Let us go ahead and get started by finding a quiet and comfortable space and place where you will not be disturbed.
Allow yourself to sit down,
Rely down in a relaxed position,
And allow yourself to close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Let go of any tension that you may be holding on to.
With each breath that you take,
Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.
Imagine a warm,
Soothing sensation spreading from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes,
Melting away any stress or worries.
Let us feel into this warm sensation starting from the head.
Breathing as you feel in the light and the warm sensation flow into the arms.
Feel that sensation moving through to the hands.
Allow the sensation to flow through the torso,
Flow through the back,
Flow down into the stomach area,
Flowing into the hips,
The legs,
Moving through the thighs and the legs.
Feeling the warm sensation,
The soothing sensation,
The light energy move into the feet.
And just breathing into that.
Breathing into the warmth,
The light,
The comfort of just being here.
Within the space and place,
Allow yourself to now imagine that you are standing in a beautiful,
Peaceful nature area,
Perhaps the forest.
Feel the forest energy,
The nature energy.
Breathe into this energy as you are being immersed within positive energy from the universe.
Breathing in as you allow this positive force energy to melt away any stresses,
Any pressures,
Particularly in the head area or shoulder areas or even the jaw.
Allow it to really melt away any of that tension and pressure.
Feel the ground beneath your feet,
Grounding you and supporting you.
Breathe in the support,
This groundedness,
This ability to feel stable in standing,
Feeling the earth energy,
Feeling the energy of nature really immerse throughout your body.
And as you breathe out,
You allow any tensions or stresses to return to the ground.
Breathing in,
Really feeling into this ability to be here,
To be grounded,
To be stable,
To be at peace.
You notice what you're seeing,
That you are able to observe the tall trees surrounding you.
You notice their leaves rustling gently in the breeze.
You feel in the wind against your cheek as you're just noticing the coolness of the breeze.
You're noticing the leaves move with ease,
Grace and peace.
Just noticing and breathing.
And as you stand in this tranquil forest,
I want you to imagine that you notice a path.
This is a path that is your authentic and unique path.
You have an intuitive feeling that you want to walk down this path and you have a feeling that you will be led down to an area where you will drop even deeper into relaxation.
With each and every step that you take,
You will drop even deeper and deeper into relaxation.
And so you take 10 steps down,
Starting with the left foot at 10,

Dropping deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And 0.
Take a deep breath in and allow yourself to feel even more deeply relaxed.
Feel that inner peace within yourself,
Inner stability.
You're dropping even deeper into that stable aspect of self.
You allow yourself to drop even deeper with the breath.
With each inhale,
Imagine breathing in a sense of calm and tranquility and stability.
And with each exhale,
Imagine releasing any tension or anxiety you may be feeling about your workload.
Allow yourself to recognize that you are safe in this space,
To come home,
To be here,
To be that stable version of self.
That stable version of self knows that you can do it.
It has complete confidence in you and allow yourself to envision this higher aspect of self that feels that confidence in self,
In work,
In life.
You allow yourself to really immerse yourself with this confident energy of aligned energy of just being.
You breathe into this energy of just being.
You breathe into the energy of aligned working of productive working with efficient energy of calm,
Ease and grace and stability.
You allow yourself to give compassion of calming energies of loving energies to any parts that may feel anxious,
That may feel not enough or distrusting of self.
You breathe into the stability,
This compassion,
This love,
And this inner trust of being of productivity of aligned working of positivity.
As you take care of yourself,
You take care of work,
You take care of self,
You take care of work,
You do the things that you love.
But you allow yourself to come to work from a place of aligned being and working.
Breathe into this energy of alignment and imagine yourself completing the task that you desire to do with ease,
Grace and peace and confidence.
See yourself working calmly and efficiently as you trust in your abilities to handle any challenges that comes your way.
You breathe.
You be and you immerse yourself with this feeling of alignment.
And as you breathe into this alignment.
You repeat to yourself,
I trust in myself and my abilities to manage my workload.
I am capable,
Competent and confident in myself,
My life and my work.
I release any fear or anxiety about not being able to make it completed.
I am so capable of succeeding with ease,
Grace and peace.
I choose to work from a space and place of alignment and confidence,
Knowing that I am grounded and supported.
Really breathe into this energy of groundedness and support.
Feel into this force energy,
This nature energy of positivity,
Groundedness,
Support,
Confidence.
Allow yourself to really receive that light and love from universal positive energies from your own higher self energies.
Breathe into this alignment.
Breathe into this peace,
Stability,
Confidence.
Soak in all this energy of alignment,
Of confidence,
Of nature energy.
And within a moment,
We're going to come up and out of this deep state of mind.
But first,
We're really going to give thanks to this nature and force energy.
We're going to give thanks to universal positive energies,
Higher self energy,
Giving thanks for higher self for guiding us within this journey and for allowing us to remember who we truly are beyond the anxious parts of the mind or the parts of the mind that make procrastinate.
We allow ourselves to come back to the space and place of aligning ourselves with higher self energies.
Every moment,
Every breath that we take,
Aligning ourselves back to higher self energy,
Really thanking all energies that were here with us.
And now,
Allow yourself to come up.
One,
Take a deep breath in.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Eyes open,
Wide awake.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Eyes open and wide awake now.
And as you are slowly coming back up,
Take your time to breathe,
To be and to give yourself a big hug.
Allow yourself to really feel into just being here.
With your energy,
With your care.
And as you're coming into the space of coming back to this moment with eyes open,
Just reorient yourself to the present moment.
As you're coming back to this present moment,
Let's come back to recognizing that home is in the present moment.
Even if there are feelings of anxiety,
Actions of procrastination,
Or feelings of not enoughness,
Whatever you are feeling,
It's okay.
Let's come back to taking care of the mind,
Body,
And spirit.
And let's come back to recognizing that you can come back to working with alignment.
And first it is,
Of course,
Taking care of this spirit,
This mind,
This body,
And allowing yourself to really access the internal resources that we have.
Allowing ourselves to access the calm,
Grounded,
Stable aspect of self,
Just like you did right now.
You are doing such an amazing job in tapping into that stability,
Tapping into that groundedness.
Continue to do this each and every day as you encounter the positives or negatives or neutral of life,
Of this moment,
And recognize that you can come home to yourself.
And home is in the here and now.
And keep on rocking wherever you are,
Whatever you are doing,
You are doing so amazing.
