Welcome to today's episode of Coming Home Podcast,

Where we will dive deep into reconnecting with our true selves and letting go of what no longer serves us.

Within life,

At times it may be easy to take on responsibilities,

Roles,

And energies that are not truly who we truly are.

We may be energetic beings that tend to carry on other people's burdens.

We may find ourselves weighed down by expectations of our own minds,

Of those around us.

And at this moment,

Let us recognize that there is freedom in releasing these burdens,

Releasing the expectations of our own minds.

And there is freedom in reconnecting with our divine essence and in simply allowing ourselves to just be.

In this guided inner journey,

I'll be taking you on a journey to release the heaviness that you may be carrying,

To cleanse and clear your energy,

And to reconnect with your inner light.

Whether you feel overwhelmed,

Disconnected,

Or simply need a moment of peace,

This journey is a gentle reminder that freedom is always within reach.

So find a comfortable space and let us begin.

Allow yourself to gently close your eyes as you are sitting or laying in a comfortable position.

Allow yourself to take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold for a moment,

And slowly release,

Releasing any tensions or tightness in your body.

Taking another deep breath in,

Hold,

And slowly release,

Letting it all go.

Taking another deep breath in,

Hold,

And letting it all go.

Taking another deep breath in,

Hold,

Letting it all go.

One last deep breath in,

Hold,

And letting it all go.

As you continue to simply breathe and be,

Bring your attention or your awareness to your chest.

Notice any of the sensations there.

Breathe into your chest and allow yourself to just notice if there is pleasant or unpleasant or neutral sensations.

If it is pleasant,

It is pleasant.

If it is unpleasant,

It is unpleasant.

If it is neutral,

It is neutral.

But just acknowledging that these feelings are impermanent.

They are like passing clouds within the sky.

Just allow yourself to recognize with the breath,

We can simply bring spaciousness to whatever is present as we acknowledge feelings of responsibility or holding on to any feelings.

Just really acknowledge these feelings,

Knowing that they are temporary and not who you truly are,

Just feelings.

Bring your attention to your head,

Noticing any feelings,

Sensations,

Or thoughts.

Just noticing how it feels to just notice this area.

Is there busyness within your mind?

If it is,

It's okay.

If it isn't,

It's okay.

Allow your breath to gently soften to this present moment reality of the mind,

Of the head area as you place your attention to gently breathe,

To gently be,

Knowing that there is spaciousness within all of this.

You're creating space and expansion for all of what is present.

Now bring your attention to your shoulder area.

This may be an area where we may be holding on to responsibilities,

Other people's burdens.

Just allow yourself to just notice what is present here.

To just allow to breathe.

Noticing if there is pleasant or unpleasant or neutral sensations.

Just allowing the breath to be here.

As you are simply breathing and being with what is present,

Let's actually bring a little bit of movement into the shoulder area.

We're going to actually shrug our shoulders and breathe in and release.

We're going to do this several times if that's okay.

Taking a deep breath in,

Shrugging.

Holding and letting it all go.

Taking another deep breath in,

Shrugging.

And letting it all go.

Taking another deep breath in,

Shrugging.

Letting it all go.

Taking another deep breath in and squeezing your fists.

Hold all of that tension.

Notice how it feels to hold that tension.

And at 3,

2,

1 and 0,

Let it all go.

Feel into how it feels to let go.

Feel into how it feels to completely let it all go.

To completely surrender to the stillness of being.

The stillness of your presence.

Allow yourself to really feel and tap into a soft golden light within this stillness.

Imagine and feel into the surrounding soft golden light.

Breathe into the soft golden light that represents your divine essence,

Your true self.

Feel this light expanding as you're breathing.

Feel into the stillness of the air while you feel into just being.

This light and stillness is allowing you to remember.

Your divine essence.

It is warm and light and soothing you from the inside to the outside.

As you breathe,

Let this light dissolve any roles,

Responsibilities,

Expectations or energies that you want to release.

Allow yourself to release that which is not serving your highest good and that which does not belong to you.

Allow yourself to repeat the following affirmations.

I release all that is not mine to carry.

Breathing into this light.

I let go of responsibilities that do not belong to me.

Breathe into this light.

I am free to be myself.

Free to be me.

Free to just be.

Breathe into this light.

I reconnect with my true self,

My divine essence and source.

Breathe into this light.

I am not defined by others approval or rejection.

I am whole as I am.

Breathe into this light.

Allow yourself to visualize you picking up,

Perhaps,

Dirty clothes and you're just going to actually air them out a little bit.

As if you were able to air out any of the remaining heaviness or expectations or roles that you may be still holding on to.

So pick up that laundry or cloth or clothing with your hands and just allow yourself to just air it out.

Air it out with wavering motions of the hand.

Letting it flow freely as you are flowing freely with universal flow.

Allow any of the remaining heaviness,

Expectations or roles or feelings of disconnection to melt away,

Wash away.

Letting it all clear away.

Allow yourself to do this as long as you need.

Feeling intuitively of just being with your body.

With this motion of flow as you're reconnecting with universal flow.

Reconnecting with universal love.

Just breathe into this.

Allow the body to do whatever intuitively needs to do.

And as you gently set down anything that you may be holding on to.

I'm going to set it down at 3,

2,

1.

Let it all go and set it all down.

Just breathe as you now simply connect with universal flow of life moving through you.

Guiding you,

Supporting you.

Feel into the freedom of letting go.

Releasing everything that no longer serves you.

Releasing control,

Releasing expectations.

Breathe into this light.

Breathe into this lightness.

Breathe into simply allowing yourself to be and to breathe.

To tap into your internal freedom.

You are free.

You are free to be.

You are free to connect with universal flow.

You are free to move through life with ease,

Grace,

And peace.

Feel into how it would feel like to visualize and to imagine you dancing in your happy space and place.

Allowing your arms and legs to move freely with the wind.

Feel into this universal flow moving through you,

Guiding you,

Supporting you,

Loving you just as you are.

Feel into the connectivity to the divine,

To your true power.

To the infinite source of love and light.

Feel into this space of openness.

Breathe into this space of openness.

As you feel into the light,

Gently touch your face.

Feel into the warmth simmering all throughout your body.

Breathe into the wind as it gently brushes your face.

Allow yourself to really feel how it feels to truly be free.

And it all starts from the internal world.

From the internal to the external.

Freedom is here.

Freedom is now.

And you open up yourself to be free.

To be me.

To be you.

To just be.

And as you simply breathe and be in this space of peace and connection and love and universal flow,

Allow yourself to simply envision yourself standing still in your happy space in nature.

Perhaps by a sunset.

Just standing in stillness with the gentle breeze of the wind.

You stand and simply look out into the sky.

You breathe.

Your body is completely still.

Just like the stillness in the air.

You simply breathe.

And notice how it feels to just be in stillness.

How it feels in your body.

To be here.

To be now.

To be in the present moment.

To feel into the empowerment of your true essence.

To feel into the empowerment of reconnecting with Source.

With universal flow.

You feel the wind blow against your hair.

And you just simply breathe in this gratitude for life.

For the breath.

For moments of letting go and death.

Moments of completely surrendering aspects of the mind that grasp onto control.

Grasp onto needing things to be a certain way.

You simply let it all go.

And feel into the spaciousness of stillness and pure awareness.

You breathe into the recognition of impermanence of the breath.

Impermanence of life,

Of death.

Impermanence of this moment.

You recognize the non-self nature of things.

And you let it all go.

And you just be and appreciate what is here.

What is present.

What is in this moment.

Within this space of stillness,

You remember to come home.

To come back to yourself.

To come back to loving yourself as you are.

To come back to giving yourself space and time to breathe and to be.

You give yourself time to turn inward.

To love yourself.

To just be you.

And to just breathe.

And within a moment,

We're going to come up and out of this deep state of mind.

But first,

We're going to give thanks to universal flow.

To source.

To yourself.

To all aspects of the mind,

Including the inner child,

Including the protector parts.

Including all parts of the mind,

Allowing yourself to really love yourself as you are.

Appreciate this moment as it is,

Even if it's impermanent.

Coming back to recognition that you can always come home.

You can always come home.

You can always come home.

And now,

Allowing yourself to slowly come up.

Take a deep breath in.
