This is a guided meditation to surrender, allow and accept your fear. When you surrender your resistance to fear, this helps to relieve stress. It starts with a grounding you to the Earth and the connecting you to the cosmos. Then it guides you to surrender and accept your fears as they are right now.

Hello and welcome to the Sweet Surrender Meditation.

My name is Jen T.

Peterson.

I'm taking you through a meditation to surrender and allow and accept your fear.

So just take a few deep breaths.

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

And just allow yourself to really ground in to the earth in your imagination.

By just visualizing two beautiful roots twisting into the ground beneath you.

Imagine those roots are going all the way down through the floor beneath you.

Imagine they're just growing all the way through the dirt that's under the ground beneath you.

Under the layer of earth.

Through the earth's crust.

And through the caverns and the underwater river systems.

All the things that make up our earth.

These roots are just going down very deep through the earth's mantle.

Visualize those roots going all the way down through the earth's fiery core.

Just imagine that those roots have wrapped themselves all the way around the earth's core.

Just with your mind's eye,

I want you to visualize following those roots all the way back up through the earth.

All the way through the crust and the mantle.

Until it comes back up through your heels.

And then imagine those roots are going all the way up through the sky.

Through your crown chakra up through the sky.

And imagine them growing all so tall all the way up through the atmosphere of the earth.

Imagine that those roots are grasping into the cosmos and wrapping themselves around the sun.

And just follow those roots all the way back down from the sun,

Through the stars,

The planets.

And just imagine them coming all the way down through the earth's atmosphere.

And just visualize them still connected to the sun,

Still connected to the fire of the earth's core.

But you're just following it all the way down back through the crown chakra,

The top of the head.

All the way through the third eye,

Between the eyebrows,

Through the throat chakra.

We're just going to end following it through to the heart chakra.

Once you feel both connected to the earth and connected to the cosmos,

I want you to take another deep breath.

And I want you to declare that I allow my fear to be what it is right now.

I surrender my resistance to my fear as it is right now.

I accept my fear to be as it is right now.

I surrender my resistance to my fear as it feels right now.

Taking another deep breath in.

Now when I say these words,

I want you to repeat after me.

I allow my fear to be what it is right now.

I surrender my resistance to my fear as it is right now.

I accept my fear to be as it is right now.

I surrender my resistance to my fear as it feels right now.

Taking another deep breath in.

In through the nose.

Out through the mouth.

I allow my fear to be what it is right now.

I surrender my resistance to my fear as it is right now.

I accept my fear to be as it is right now.

I surrender my resistance to my fear as it feels right now.

Taking another deep breath in.

Out through the mouth.

I allow my fear to be what it is right now.

I surrender my resistance to my fear as it is right now.

I accept my fear to be as it is right now.

I surrender my resistance to my fear as it feels right now.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

I allow my fear to be what it is right now.

I surrender my resistance to my fear as it is right now.

I accept my fear to be as it is right now.

I surrender my resistance to my fear as it feels right now.

Take a deep breath in.

And release.

I allow my fear to be what it is right now.

I surrender my resistance to my fear as it is right now.

I accept my fear to be as it is right now.

Take a deep breath in.

I allow my fear to be as it is right now.

Just allow yourself to open your eyes,

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

And come back to this present moment.
