Hello and welcome.

This breath work practice is to support you in expanding your mind,

Expanding your energy,

Your consciousness,

To move from a place of contraction or small thinking into an expanded state of awareness.

We're going to be using our breath,

Breathing from the root of our tailbone,

From our pelvis,

Up through our solar plexus and heart space,

All the way to the top of our head,

Imagining that our breath and energy flows out of the top of our head almost like a fountain,

Splashing its way over our body and back down to the root.

We'll do this by piercing our lips,

Almost like you're sucking through a straw.

As we breathe in,

We almost suck the air from the root to feel the energy moving through your body.

At first,

You might notice spots where it feels sticky or stuck.

Maybe it doesn't want to move through your chest or your heart,

And that's okay.

Let things flow,

Move this energy through the channel of our body.

We'll rest in this expanded state of awareness that is you and your essence,

You to get comfortable where you always,

You can move if that feels good while you breathe,

Here just to land,

Settle,

Let your energy drop before we find the breath.

Good.

Now,

When you feel ready,

We'll begin by gently breathing in through our pierced lips,

Sucking our breath and energy from our root to our crown.

Here we go.

Gentle breath in,

Easy breath out.

Breathing in,

And exhale,

In through the mouth,

Out through the mouth,

In 2,

3,

4,

5,

Exhale,

In 2,

3,

4,

5,

Exhale.

Feel the energy moving its way up through your spine,

Up through your body,

Like a fountain,

Finding its way out through the top of your head.

Enjoy this flow,

Bringing things into motion.

That's it.

Deep breath in,

All the way,

Draw the energy up from the root,

Through the heart,

Up through the head,

Out through the top of your head,

Exhale.

Breathing in,

Move with it,

Let your spine move.

Let it circulate,

Moving through all the blocks,

All the stuckness.

Two more.

Breathing in,

Draw that energy up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Exhale.

Deep breath.

Just letting your breath slow down here,

And perhaps your body might want to be in motion,

Maybe it sways,

Moves in gentle circles,

Spiraling your spine.

Notice what you feel here,

Maybe there's an opening through your chest,

Through your forehead,

Your jaw behind your eyes just starts to open up.

The energy around your head expands outward,

Far,

Reaching,

Reaching,

Reaching.

Gentle breath through your nose here,

In and out with ease.

Let your body sink as your energy widens.

Body still,

Mind clear,

Body still,

Mind clear.

Just feel yourself as energy,

Pulsing life force energy.

This is who you are,

This aliveness,

Without all the labels,

The roles,

The judgments when I strip it all down,

This is what's left.

Vibrating life energy.

What's your essence like?

Notice it.

Bathe in it.
