In this meditation and guided visualization, we will turn our attention inwards to create, clear, and expand an inner sacred space where you can always return to find comfort, inner peace, renewed energy, inspiration and connection no matter what is happening in the outside world.

Transcript

Sacred Space Meditation.

Find a comfortable upright seated position.

You can have your feet planted on the ground or crisscross your legs.

Just sit in a way that feels good to your body today.

Allow your hands to rest gently in your lap and then close your eyes.

We will begin with three deep cleansing breaths in through our nose and out through our mouth.

Breathe in through your nose.

Breathe out with a sigh.

Again,

Breathe in deeply.

Exhale fully.

Once more,

Breathe in.

And out.

Good.

Begin to shift your awareness away from the outside world to your inner world.

Relaxing your body.

Relaxing your mind.

Let go of anything that happened before this moment.

Let go of anything that will happen after this moment.

Just be here now as you breathe in and out.

Now bring your awareness to the ground beneath you,

Supporting you.

Feel a warm,

Relaxing energy starting in your toes and moving its way up into your feet,

Up through your ankles,

Continuing to move up into your calves.

Feel this healing energy traveling up through your knees,

Your thighs,

Hips,

And up into your belly.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling your belly expand and a deep breath out.

This calm energy now continues to move up into your chest,

Shoulders down through your arms,

Hands and fingers.

Then back all the way up to your shoulders once more,

Through your neck and into your face,

Forehead,

Moving all the way up,

Reaching the crown of your head.

Take a deep breath in and let it out,

Feeling your whole body relax.

Just pause for a moment here to ask and intend to release any remaining tension or discomfort from your body.

Ask and intend to release any thoughts from your mind as you breathe in and out.

Now imagine a sparkling bright light emerging just over the top of your head.

Feel the energy emanating from this light.

It feels so loving,

So soothing,

Peaceful and healing.

See how this light is beginning to move down through your body,

Starting with the crown of your head,

Down into your forehead,

Through your face and neck.

The light washes down into your shoulders,

Relieving any tension as it moves through you.

Feel this light energy as it continues down into your chest.

Breathe in and as you breathe out,

See this light grow brighter and brighter until it completely fills your heart space with pure and unconditional love.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you breathe in and out,

Feel the energy coming into your body.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you breathe out of your mouth,

See and feel this sparkling light expanding outwards from your heart space.

Again,

Deep breath in through the nose.

As you exhale,

The light continues to grow and expand even more,

So much that it now extends outside of your physical body.

Keep breathing in and out just like this,

Expanding this energy all around you and through you,

Surrounding you in a large circle of light.

Feel this source energy pulsating and moving throughout your body.

Together,

We silently affirm the following.

I ask and intend to let go of any misaligned energies,

Let go of energies I've taken on from other people,

Let go of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or limiting beliefs that no longer serve my highest good.

It is my dominant intention in this moment to feel safe,

At peace,

Loved,

And trusting that all is coming to me in the perfect timing.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Now,

We will sit here and let go of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or limiting beliefs that are in your body.

Now,

We will sit in the stillness of this sacred space for the next several minutes until I guide you out with my voice.

I ask that you be with me for a moment and let go of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or limiting beliefs that are in your body.

Now,

Let me give you a moment of silence.

I ask that you be with me for a moment and let go of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or limiting beliefs that are in your body.

Now,

Let me give you a moment of silence.

I ask that you be with me for a moment and let go of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or limiting beliefs that are in your body.

Now,

Let me give you a moment of silence.

I ask that you be with me for a moment and let go of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or limiting beliefs that are in your body.

I ask that you be with me for a moment and let go of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or limiting beliefs that are in your body.

I ask that you be with me for a moment and let go of any thoughts,

Or limiting beliefs that are in your body.

I ask that you be with me for a moment and let go of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or limiting beliefs that are in your body.

I ask that you be with me for a moment and let go of any thoughts,

Or limiting beliefs that are in your body.

I ask that you be with me for a moment and let go of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or limiting beliefs that are in your body.

I ask that you be with me for a moment and let go of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or limiting beliefs that are in your body.

I ask that you be with me for a moment and let go of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or limiting beliefs that are in your body.

With our eyes still closed,

We will end our practice with a prayer and a resetting of our intention.

No matter where I'm going,

No matter what I'm doing or who I'm talking to,

It is my dominant intention to feel love and at peace.

This sacred energy and powerful source of loving energy lives inside of me and I know that I can access it any time I need.

And so it is.

Take a final deep cleansing breath in through your nose and exhale fully out of your mouth.

Remain in this space for as long as you need or if you're ready to be guided out,

Bring some awareness back to your physical body,

Wiggling fingers and toes.

And as you're ready,

Gently blink your eyes open.

The divine light within me sees and honors the divine light in you.
