Hello,
This is Jennifer Scott and welcome to your journey of deep healing.
Wherever you have come to heal,
In your mind,
Your body,
Or your life,
This journey is for you.
So begin by finding a comfortable position.
I recommend lying down if you can,
But if you prefer to sit,
That is good too.
I will give you a few moments to settle in.
Now that you are in a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and begin to breathe slowly and deeply.
Everything in the three dimensional world evolves from the invisible or quantum realm,
Which is the field of energy,
Light,
And information in the form of frequency or waves.
So rather than trying to change matter with matter,
When you step into the quantum realm to activate your healing,
By flowing new information in and changing the energetic pattern in the field,
You can begin to holographically project something new into your three dimensional reality.
And this approach to healing can be profoundly effective.
Another powerful concept to understand is that your brain does not know the difference between a real or an imagined experience.
So for example,
If you imagine vividly the experience of swimming,
The effect on your physiology is the same as if you had the real experience.
So from this knowing,
Allow me to guide you on your journey to the Temple of Healing.
This temple is located in the beautiful land of Bali,
Indonesia,
Which is one of the most powerful healing vortexes on the planet.
Now imagine yourself walking through a beautiful jungle.
Your feet are bare and you're wearing light,
Airy,
White linen clothing so that you feel a light breeze on your skin.
As you walk,
You feel the soft,
Soothing green moss under your feet and you feel deeply reconnected with nature.
You are surrounded here by lush,
Tropical trees and plants in every shade of green and you hear and see the tropical birds in the trees as the sunlight glints through the jungle canopy.
You stop and place your hands on the trunk of one of the trees and you can feel its ancient energy and its roots going deep down into the earth.
Feel the grounding,
Healing energy of the tree.
And then you continue walking on,
Feeling the soothing,
Mossy ground beneath you.
And just a little ways up,
You glimpse a structure of some kind hidden amongst the forest trees.
And as you continue walking,
The trees make way and you see before you a sacred temple made of dark wood with the most beautiful,
Intricate,
Ancient carvings.
This is the sacred temple of healing.
You take a few steps up to the double entry doors and they open magically inward for you and once inside,
They close slowly behind you.
The inside of the temple is lit with hundreds of candles.
There is no one inside,
But you feel a presence as though you are surrounded and embraced with the most calming,
Nurturing,
Welcoming energy and you know you are meant to be here.
It is as though everything up until now has led you right here.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
There is a simple mat in the middle of the space that is like a large rectangular,
Tufted pillow.
You lie down on it and it is as though your body melts into its velvety comfort.
Your healing experience here in the temple begins with some sacred,
Rhythmic breathwork that the ancients have used for thousands of years to invoke deep healing.
So we are going to begin with some breathing where the exhale is twice as long as the inhale and that will go on for just about a minute followed by holding the breath at the top of the inhale and then at the bottom of the exhale.
So just relax and follow the sound of my voice.
Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

And then just exhale and relax.
Sense the space all around your body in the temple,
Just sense the spaciousness all around you,
Feel the energy of the space,
The void,
And sense the sacredness and the powerful vibration of this place in the world.
And now listen to my voice and just take these blessings into your entire being.
Bless your life,
Bless your past,
Bless your challenges,
Bless your soul,
Bless your body,
Bless your mind,
Bless your heart,
Bless your dreams,
Bless your heartfelt intentions,
Bless the divine in you,
And bless your magnificent future.
Now feel the magical glow and golden light of the hundreds of candles around you in the temple.
Now imagine that this same golden white light is showering down upon you from the universe,
Bathing every cell of your body and every layer of your energy body in this healing golden white light.
Feel the golden white light showering down upon you until your entire being is radiating with golden white light.
And for the next few moments,
Just allow yourself to bathe in and radiate this divine white light.
Beautiful.
Now I invite you to repeat these affirmations after me in the quietness of your heart.
And don't just say the words,
But really feel them.
Feel the energy behind the words.
I am peaceful.
I am whole and complete.
I am overflowing with gratitude.
I listen to my intuition.
I follow my heart.
I forgive everyone,
Including myself.
I am free.
I choose to fill my life with joy.
I am inspired.
I am worthy.
I give and receive love openly.
I am divinely guided.
I am loved and supported by life.
I am healed.
I am transformed.
I am magnificent.
Just continue to relax in this energy for as long as you like,
The longer the better.
When you are ready,
Take your time opening your eyes and reacclimating yourself with your environment.
Take time to ground yourself before getting up slowly and safely.
