Good morning.
I am Jennifer Scott and welcome to your sacred morning meditation.
Sit in a comfortable position,
Breathe slowly and deeply,
And close your eyes.
I invite you to envision yourself in a sacred temple that sits at the edge of a beautiful lake in the majestic mountains.
This is the temple of your soul.
You are surrounded here by your soul brothers and sisters and all your spirit guides and your angels on this blessed morning.
It is just before dawn and as you gaze out at the beautiful lake,
You hear the sound of the gentle waves lapping against the shoreline,
The birds beginning to awaken and you see the sun just beginning to peak up from behind the lake.
With your arms and palms open,
You welcome the golden sun as it begins to rise up into the vast peach and purple sky.
As it continues to rise,
You feel the golden sun rays shine into your heart space and open your heart,
Awaken your loving nature,
Your joy and your inspiration.
You are deeply at peace here in the temple of your soul as you welcome the day with the rising sun.
And as you allow your entire being to now be bathed in the golden sunlight,
Imagine that you are receiving a blessing from spirit or source or the universe or infinite intelligence or God,
Whatever name is in alignment for you,
That you may have a peaceful,
Joyful and miraculous day.
Continue to bathe in this golden healing,
Awakening sunlight and this blessing.
Now,
I invite you to bring to mind the memory of an experience that you are deeply grateful for.
This could be something that happened in the last few days or something that you experienced months or even years ago.
See and feel this experience in your heart and let the feeling of gratitude fill your entire being.
See the experience.
Feel the overflowing gratitude.
That's good.
Now,
I invite you to bring to mind a second memory of something or someone that you are deeply grateful for.
You may feel a smile naturally coming to your face and allow your entire being to fill and radiate with this feeling of gratitude now.
Now bring to mind a third experience that you are deeply grateful for.
See the experience vividly.
Feel yourself smiling from your heart and your entire being with this feeling of gratitude.
Good.
Now,
Bring forward the first of three dreams or goals you intend to manifest into the world and dare to dream big here.
See this goal as if it has already happened.
See the vivid colors before you.
Feel the feelings that you will feel when it has happened.
Feel the feelings as if it has already happened.
Now bring forth the second of three goals or outcomes that you will co-create.
See the bright colors all around you.
Feel the blissful feelings that you will feel when this has already happened because it already is happening.
You fill up with the feeling of joy,
Gratitude,
Relief,
Amazement,
Love.
Good.
Now bring to mind a third dream or goal that you will manifest.
See it once again in technicolor.
Feel all of the emotions.
Beautiful.
Envision yourself once again in the sacred temple of your soul,
Overlooking the beautiful lake with abundant nature all around you.
The water,
The trees,
The birds.
And you realize here that you are one with all of life.
And you say thank you for this blessed day.
In the quietness of your heart,
I invite you to say,
I intend to live this day and every day soulfully.
Good.
And as you continue to allow yourself to be bathed in the golden morning sunlight,
I invite you to repeat these affirmations after me in the quietness of your heart.
I am whole.
I am complete.
I am loved.
I am peaceful.
I am healthy.
I am kind.
I am generous.
I am deeply compassionate.
I am brilliant.
I am special.
I am beautiful.
I am blessed.
I follow my heart.
I live my life from the place of my soul.
I live in the peace and freedom of the present moment.
I am courageous.
I am powerful.
I am stepping into my greatness.
I am living the life of my highest dreams.
I am magnificent.
With your eyes still closed,
Bring your hands into prayer at your chest and for a moment close your sacred morning meditation.
Then begin to rub your hands together,
Cup your hands over your eyes and open your eyes to begin to get used to the light.
And then lower your hands down and rest for a moment before beginning your day.
