Hello,
My name is Jennifer DeVu and I would like to lead you in a short guided meditation for self-love.
If you would like to experience a deeper level of self-love,
Simply allow your eyes to gently drift close.
Then go ahead now and begin to take three deep,
Soothing breaths.
And you might bring your attention now into the feeling of your body.
Feeling the gravity pulling you down.
Feeling the surface beneath you holding you up effortlessly.
Allow yourself to sink a little deeper into this surface now as you breathe in and out.
And bring your attention into your belly.
Allow yourself to notice any sensations here,
Any colors,
Textures,
Feelings,
Sounds,
Anything at all.
Simply settling into the belly now.
And as you focus on this feeling,
I'd like you to think about yourself.
Maybe see yourself in your mind or just imagine,
Get a sense of what you think of you.
And as you think about yourself,
Notice any sensation,
Anything at all that comes up into this inner space.
And if that is no sensation,
That is fine too.
Simply allow whatever comes forward to be as it is in this moment.
And now I'd like you to imagine that you are everything you have ever wanted to be.
See that now or maybe just get a sense of what that would be like.
To think of yourself and think of yourself as all the qualities that you hold most dear.
Go ahead and imagine a time when you felt very close to this person.
Imagine that time in your life when you felt the most empowered,
Authentic,
Courageous,
Free version of yourself.
And see if you can notice anything about this part of you,
Any colors,
Textures,
Impressions,
Sensations,
Anything at all.
A memory or just a feeling of you as the most empowered,
Authentic version of you.
I'd like you to come up with a few words and just say them silently to yourself.
Just pick three,
Three words that really feel like this most empowered version of you.
And at the end of this meditation,
And again,
Any time that you would like to tap into this empowered version of yourself,
You will say,
I am,
And then your three words.
Go ahead and do that now.
I am loving,
Kind,
Imaginative,
Beautiful,
Courageous,
Bold,
Inspiring,
Sexy,
Free,
Whatever that is for you.
Know now that if this feeling lives inside of you,
You have the power to access it any time you need.
Begin to feel yourself coming back into your body now,
Into the room,
Noticing your fingers and your toes,
Noticing your breath in and out.
And when you are ready,
You can go ahead and open your eyes.
But before you get back to your day,
I invite you to take a few moments to appreciate yourself for taking this time to tune into you.
