Hi everyone.
Welcoming you into the sixth chakra.
The sixth chakra is your third eye.
Your third eye is also known as Ajna.
The color is indigo and the element is light.
The word for light is Jyoti.
And the sixth chakra,
The third eye,
Is located in between the eyebrows and also called Ajna.
So at this energy point,
It's an invitation into inner wisdom,
Inner knowledge,
Imagination,
Moving into reality.
So really tapping into intuitiveness,
Tapping into manifesting your visions.
So when you manifest something,
It means it takes reality.
It takes the shape of reality.
So first,
I just want you to come into a comfortable seat.
Sitting tall,
Lengthening your spine,
Either closing the eyes softly or just connecting to a soft gaze,
A soft Drishti,
I want you to bring your hands into prayer hands.
And keeping them in prayer hands,
I just want you to bring your thumbs right in between the eyebrows.
So gently tapping the location of the sixth chakra,
Ajna.
As you sit tall,
Lengthening the spine and lifting your heart,
I just want you to give gratitude right now into your journey through the light and the dark,
The sweetness and the bitterness.
Because through all of those waves,
Through all of those feelings,
Through the heart journey into self-discovery,
Through the sweetness,
Through the bitterness,
Is where we absorb our inner wisdom and our inner knowledge.
Eventually,
We just keep peeling back the layers of who we are at our core.
And then slowly bringing your prayer hands in front of the chest,
In front of the heart,
Acknowledging the light within your heart.
Om Nama Shavaya.
In yoga we say Om Nama Shavaya.
And we'll talk a little bit deeper about that as we move through this study.
And then slowly release your hands,
Bringing the palms of your hands to your upper thighs or opening the palms.
And you're gonna stay seated.
I just want you to take in a few deep breaths,
Deep inhalation,
Deep exhalation.
So breathing in,
Un-breathing out,
Connecting to your energy today.
Just noticing where you're at.
No judgment.
No translation.
Just start to visualize the space that you're in right now.
Start to visualize the light in the room,
Even with your eyes softly closed.
The shadows,
The light.
Perhaps if there's any windows to visualize the windows.
Feeling the energy in the room or in the space.
What does it feel like?
Maybe there's noises.
Maybe there's a scent.
And then I want you to start to visualize a place or a space within your life that brings you joy,
That brings you peace.
In yoga we say Shanti.
Shanti is peace.
So it can be inside,
It can be outside.
Maybe it's exactly where you're at right now.
Maybe it's by the ocean.
Maybe by the river.
Maybe in the woods.
Maybe in a room that has beautiful lighting and windows.
You can hear the birds.
Everybody has their different place or space.
And I want you start to visualize that space.
The elements within that space.
The light.
The feeling of that space.
The energy of that space.
And then how does that space move into your energy?
Into your skin?
Into your bones?
Into your heart?
Into your sensations,
Sensitivity,
Emotions?
And you can even visualize yourself.
Maybe you're sitting in that space.
Maybe you're lying down.
Maybe you're walking,
You're running,
You're leaping,
You're dancing.
And then within that space I want you to visualize one of your visions.
Maybe it's a desire.
And that can be anything.
Maybe it's traveling the world.
Maybe you have a vision to start a new career.
Maybe a vision of love.
Maybe a vision of healing,
Of feeling safe,
Of feeling courageous.
Maybe it's a vision of writing a book,
Creating art.
I want you to bring that vision into the space that gives you joy,
That gives you peace.
And I want you to visualize your vision with no boundaries,
No walls,
No ceilings,
No floors.
Really allowing and expanding your wings.
And I want you to breathe into that visualization with your feeling.
I want you to breathe prana into that vision.
In yoga you'll hear the word prana.
Prana is life force,
It's energy.
Everything has prana.
This audio has prana.
My voice has prana.
Where you're sitting has prana.
Your eyes have prana.
So breathing prana into that vision.
Connecting to that vision with your feeling and within the space that brings you joy,
Brings you peace.
Breathing in and breathing out.
