My name is Jenna Reese and I'm a Breathwork Meditation coach guiding you today to connect in meditation with joyful happiness.

Let's get started by finding a comfortable place for your practice today.

You can let your feet be firmly planted on the floor or your body lying down,

Whichever feels right to you.

And let your eyes drift closed.

Begin by taking three deep breaths in using long exaggerated open mouth exhales out.

And exhale.

Continuing these long breaths at your own pace,

Allowing your mind to slowly start to let go of everything else happening in life around you.

Letting all of life happen outside of your body separate from you.

And right now it's just you,

Your breath and your body.

You will be repeating these phrases silently in your mind or out loud,

Whichever your environment calls for.

You'll be repeating,

May I be joyful.

May I be happy and live with pleasure.

May I be joyful.

May I be happy and live with pleasure.

Repeat these phrases over and over in your mind or silently out loud.

May I be joyful.

May I be happy and live with pleasure.

Allow yourself,

Now that we've said these phrases out loud,

To think about something in your life that really makes you smile.

And as you think about this moment in time,

Let a smile creep up onto your face.

Even if it's not the biggest smile,

Sometimes we fake it until we become it.

Let that smile sit on your face.

Feel that smile across your face and repeat,

May I be joyful.

May I be happy and live with pleasure.

Allowing that smile to be the conduit to your heart,

The vehicle to connection.

May I be joyful.

May I be happy and live with pleasure.

You can let your smile soften.

May I be joyful.

May I be happy and live with pleasure.

And if you find your attention wandering,

No need to be discouraged.

Just allow yourself to let the thoughts be,

Let them go as they are and return to the phrases.

Maybe even on your inhale repeating,

May I be joyful.

And on your exhale,

May I be happy and live with pleasure.

May I be joyful.

May I be happy and live with pleasure.

And how as we've been silently repeating these joyful pleasure filled words,

Your body is given permission to start to believe it.

So can we give ourselves an opportunity to think about joy,

Something in our life that brings us joy,

Pure joy?

Is it something different than what brought a smile to your face?

What color is your internal joy?

Drinking in all that color filled joy into your body.

You watch the joy spread throughout your body as you push it down each arm and back up.

Pushing that joy,

That color joy down each leg and back up.

You feel happiness,

Pleasure,

Contentness spread throughout your body.

May I be joyful.

May I be happy and live with pleasure.

May I be joyful.

May I be happy and live with pleasure.

Inviting your body to take this pleasure,

This optimism,

This joy into the rest of your day,

The rest of your week,

The rest of your year.

Always reminding ourselves that our joy,

Our happy already exists within.

We choose to connect with it to let it drive us.

We choose to let it be our conduit.

We choose to let it be our vehicle to connection.

And take a bigger deep breath in and exhale.

When you're ready,

Slowly blinking your eyes back open,

Coming back to the space.

Thank you so much for practicing with me today.

May the rest of your day be filled with a lot more love,

A lot more light,

And a lot more joy.

My name is Jenna Rees,

And I hope to practice with you again soon.
