Let your eyes gently close.

Your shoulders melt down your back.

Draw a slow inhale in through your nose,

Bringing awareness to your heart center.

Let it go through your mouth.

Let it go through your mouth.

Imagine you're sitting on your favorite terrace,

Overlooking a breathtaking horizon.

A gentle breeze kisses your skin.

You see the sky slowly bending into soft pastel shades.

Just beyond,

A golden feeling begins to rise.

This feeling is your intention.

With your breath's natural rhythm,

The glow of your intention warms your whole body.

Your intention beams in every direction and glows within you.

This feeling is steady.

This feeling is your compass.

It moves with you.

Every gesture,

Every word,

Every choice is lit by this radiant feeling within you.

With one final slow breath in,

Draw your feeling from your toes and soles of your feet up through your body toward the crown of your head.

As you exhale,

Slowly push your intention down,

Anchoring your feeling into every inch of you.

Trust it.

You're ready.
