Every day,

Flutters of emotions come and go.

Beneath them,

You carry a dominant feeling.

Today,

Will it be a feeling that happens to you,

Or a feeling you choose?

Draw one steady breath in,

Hold for a moment,

Let go.

Allow a feeling to arrive in the form of a color.

The feeling expands within you,

In all directions,

From the crown of your head to the tips of your fingers and toes,

Into the space beyond your body.

Draw a slow,

Intentional breath in,

Holding your feeling steady,

Let go.

Remember this feeling.

Remember your choice.
