Welcome to your daily manifestation practice using the late Neville Goddard method,

Where you will align with the version of you who already has what you desire,

And feel and assume your future identity,

Where your wish is already fulfilled.

This is your time to create from the inside out,

Without forcing anything.

Use an eye mask or headphones if you'd like to deepen your experience.

Lie down or sit comfortably in a chair and close your eyes.

The first step in this technique is to bring your desire into focus.

Be specific.

What do you want?

If it's financial abundance,

How much?

How often?

If it's your dream career,

What does your workday look like?

What does it feel like?

The second step is to feel relaxed.

Take a deep breath in,

Deeper than any breath you've taken today.

When you're ready,

We take another deep breath in,

Maybe even deeper than the first one.

Let gravity hold you.

Let your breath settle into an easy rhythm.

There is nowhere else you need to be.

The third step is to imagine the moment right after your desire is manifested.

Get very clear on one simple,

Singular act that would naturally occur shortly after the fulfillment of your desire.

If it's financial abundance,

Maybe you're out celebrating.

If it's your dream career,

Maybe you're shopping for new work clothes or calling a loved one to tell them the news.

This one single act implies your desire has been fulfilled.

You're not watching it.

You're living it.

You are performing in your scene.

It's not elaborate.

It is five to ten seconds and very simple,

Yet filled with emotion and fulfillment.

This is the most important step of this manifesting method.

It is the heart of this technique.

Here's a quick example of my scene that I used on a daily basis to manifest my dream home.

It's nighttime.

My husband and I walk up to our brand new home with our children.

My husband is holding the key.

There's a mix of joy and relief.

We really did it.

He unlocks the door.

We follow behind.

The lights are on.

The air is clean.

The kids run inside.

My husband and I look at each other and smile.

I'm filled with immense gratitude.

Now it's your turn.

Step into your scene.

What does it look like?

What does it sound like?

What time of day is it?

What do you see?

You are in this event.

You feel your facial expression.

Everything is real.

Feel it like a memory.

Let it settle into your body.

Once your scene is done,

The fourth and final step is to feel gratitude toward a higher power.

Every time your scene ends,

Mentally repeat,

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

And then return back to your scene.

Step back into your future memory again.

The same event you've constructed in your mind that takes place after your wish is fulfilled.

And you'll continue looping your future memory and giving thanks.

Now you're ready.

These next moments are dedicated for you and your manifestation practice.

Stay in the feeling.

I'll watch the time.

And I'll be right here to welcome you back.

We have no limitations.

Return to your scene each night before sleep.

And revisit any time during the day.
