Get yourself into bed and get comfortable underneath your covers.
Take just a second and get your wiggles out.
Take one long deep breath that you breathe all the way down into your toes.
Let it go out as slow as you possibly can.
Wiggle your toes once more.
Get the last remaining wiggles out of your body.
Wiggle your head around until it's in the perfect comfortable position.
Make sure the pillow feels good.
Get ready to go on some great adventures with the Lord.
Listen to my voice as you relax.
Lord,
I invite your Holy Spirit into this room.
You are Lord over heaven and earth and I proclaim you are Lord over this room as well.
Father,
I take authority and clear the space of anything that is not of the Father,
Son,
And Holy Spirit.
Holy Spirit,
We welcome you to minister to this precious child.
Father,
I ask that you bless this child with relaxed feet,
Relaxed ankles,
Relaxed legs,
And allow those legs to sink into the nice soft bed.
Father,
I ask that you disconnect this child from fear,
Chaos,
Destruction,
And anything that has been bound or blocked development.
Disconnect them from it right now in Jesus' name.
Father,
I ask that you bless this child with a relaxed back,
Tummy,
And chest.
Just allow your Spirit to pour into them.
As they slowly exhale and sink further into the bed,
I ask that you disconnect them from any fear,
Anger,
Or doubt.
Put your complete protection over this room and this child so that they are filled with your peace,
Joy,
And love.
Flood your Spirit down upon this child and just fill them with love.
Help them to rely on you in such a way that it establishes strong confidence and faith in you,
Lord.
There is light in scripture and it has the power to sow into our lives and break off any strongholds and entities that are not of the Father.
As you are receiving this prayer,
I invite you to imagine that there is a string that is filled with healing light all the way from the foot of the throne that travels all the way down into the top of your head,
Down into your heart where it expands,
Then travels down through your tummy and through your hips,
And all the way down to your feet.
Then it travels from the bottom of your feet down and just touches the earth and then back up through the bottom of your feet,
Through your legs,
Up through your tummy,
Up through the top of your head,
And all the way back up to the seat of the Father's throne.
This is healing light.
Let your breath follow this breathing pattern as I pray over you.
Just allow the healing to take place and allow God to fill you with his light and his love.
Father,
We take authority over anything in this room that is not of you.
In Jesus' name,
I command anything out that is wanting to insert itself,
Inject itself,
And anything that is providing struggle,
Pain,
Or anything that is not of you,
Lord.
Holy Spirit,
I invite you to minister and fill those that you love.
We thank you so much for everything that you have done for us and everything that you have provided for us.
In Exodus chapter 15,
He says that I am a Lord who heals you.
Matthew 423.
Jesus went through Galilee teaching in their synagogues,
Proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease,
Sickness among the people.
Ephesians 316.
I am being strengthened and restored every day.
Psalm 23.
