Unforgiveness keeps us bound in our own wounds. It prevents healing from being able to take place. When we forgive, it opens the door for freedom. Jesus died on the cross for our sins, he shed his blood for us. We are not always responsible for our own wounds, we are responsible for our own healing.

Father,

As we prepare to forgive others this morning,

We ask that our mind,

Body,

Soul,

And heart would come into alignment under you,

Father.

We ask that you would bring forth each person that we need to cut ties with or forgive as we walk through this process,

And as always,

We ask that you do with mercy,

Grace,

And joy.

Amen.

Now,

Imagine that you're sitting in a large theater,

And you're the only one there.

You're seated front and center.

There's a large stage in front of you.

Now,

As you tap into your heart,

Ask Jesus for the first person that you need to forgive,

Cut ties with,

Or just clear energetically.

And ask that person to come forward.

When you see who that person is,

Repeat these words.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I forgive you.

Now,

Imagine there's a cord running from the top of your forehead to the top of their forehead.

With your fingers,

Pretend to cut that cord from that person.

And as you're doing it,

Pull out the imaginary root that stays rooted in your forehead.

And then repeat these words.

I like to run my hands down the top of my head and the front of my body as I do this just to clear away any energy that's not mine.

I clear myself of anything that isn't of the Father,

Son,

Or Holy Spirit.

I clear myself of anything that isn't serving me and anything that isn't mine.

I clear myself of anything that's dark and gray.

In Jesus' holy name,

Amen.

Then I repeat the process.

Father,

Who is the next person that I need to forgive?

And watch who appears.

You can repeat this process as many times until no one else shows up.
