Take a minute to take a deep breath.
Just turn your heart to the Lord.
Imagine that he is turning on a tap.
From that tap is a waterfall of living water that you're just allowing to just wash over you.
And as you turn into that space,
Just receive this prayer as I pray it over you.
Father,
I bind up and cast off anything that is not of the Father,
Son,
And Holy Spirit.
I break off anything that is dark and gray and anything that is not of you,
Lord.
I break off anything that is getting in the way of your love and blessings.
I break off anything that is keeping me hindering or stuck.
Now just take a second to bring your attention to anything God is trying to show you.
Maybe it's a sensation or a twinge in your body.
If you do feel something,
Turn your affections back to God and just silently ask him what it means.
Sometimes he'll prompt you for more prayer.
Sometimes he'll urge you to dust off that area of your body like you're brushing off a cobweb.
It just means you're getting rid of something that doesn't serve you.
If you have any warming or tingling in an area of your body,
Bring your awareness to that area.
That means it's the Holy Spirit at work.
This is a good thing.
Just ask God for more and thank him for what he's doing in that space.
Father,
Thank you for bringing me back into your divine protection.
Eliminating anything from my life,
It's not of you.
And Father,
I ask that you remove all limits I placed on you and remove all limits that I placed on myself.
In Jesus' name,
