In this short meditation, we’ll focus our sense of awareness along the spine in four conscious breaths and then rest in the stillness of being. By fostering a deeper awareness of stillness as a fundamental aspect of conscious awareness, we deepen our commitment to awakening. Throughout our day, we can consciously attune to stillness as a foundation of presence in which all movement arises and then falls away, leaving stillness as always present.
