Connect to your feelings Do you take time to truly connect to your feelings?
Or do you let your mind tell you how you are feeling?
You may think you don't feel all the time,
But that is an illusion.
You are always feeling,
But often you disconnect from your emotions,
Especially when you have unresolved emotional traumas in your personal history,
Or the feelings seem too painful and uncomfortable.
It's time to pause and connect more fully with your emotions more of the time.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Quiet your mind and tap more fully into your feeling consciousness.
Don't worry about the label you use,
Just connect with the feeling.
Is it pleasant?
Is it uncomfortable?
Where do you feel it in your body?
It is more important to connect to your feelings deeply than to be able to describe them articulately.
Just observe.
Don't judge them.
Don't worry if they are distressing.
All feelings are in and of the moment.
They will pass.
When you don't allow yourself to feel and process your emotions,
They can get stuck in your energetic body.
This is not in your best interests.
It's important to first acknowledge how you are feeling,
Then accept those feelings as your truth,
Even if they are distasteful.
Learn to see all your feelings as your best friend,
Who has come to tell you something important.
Often you don't want to feel the nasty,
Unnerving feelings,
But they are very crucial to your well-being.
Lower and slower feelings come into your life to show you something is out of alignment or reveal an inner conflict.
Don't be afraid of them.
Learn to communicate and connect with your feelings so you can live a more fulfilling and complete life.
