Busy lives and competing demands can distract us from what matters most, causing imbalance and tension in the relationships we have with ourselves, family, friends, and the world. In this month-long series, Jay guides you towards creating and reintegrating harmony in your life.

Transcript

Remembering Who I Am Remember what you are.

A conscious being,

Not a material form.

An unlimited being that is not defined by some small,

Limited,

Narrow concept or image.

Any disharmony within is a signal that you have just forgotten who you are again.

Any internal conflicts or tensions are sign that you are attempting to make yourself small and limited.

When we become absent from our self and like a child leaves home to play in the woods,

Eventually gets tired and lost in the woods.

We leave our center,

Our true self-awareness and wander into the jungle of images we create and start mistaking the images for our self.

The moment we realize what we are doing and see it as just pretense,

We return home to our self.

See yourself in this body,

The home,

In this drama that we call life.

See yourself as pure awareness that sparks life and animates this temporary home,

This body.

The home may atrophy and at some point it will be time to let it go,

But I continue to live.

The self is eternal.

The self is eternal.

The self is eternal.

The self is eternal.

The self is eternal.

The self is eternal.

The self is eternal.

The self is eternal.

The self is eternal.

The self is eternal.

The self is eternal.

The self is eternal.

The self is eternal.

Thank you.
