Welcome everyone to this deep listening meditation.
Find yourself a comfortable seat or somewhere to lie down.
If it's comfortable for you to close your eyes,
You can come to close your eyes or leave your eyes open and fix them on a point in front of you,
Somewhere to hold the gaze.
Let's begin this meditation by settling our awareness on the breath.
We can use the breath here as sort of a bed to rest the mind upon.
To find the earth below,
Place your awareness on any points of the body which are in contact with the earth or a prop.
Feel as gravity hugs you in and the support below stabilizes the body.
Allow your exhales to soften you into the here,
Into the now.
Focusing your awareness now towards your sense of hearing,
Your sense of listening.
Begin to hear all of the sounds that you're aware of in 360.
Not particularly focusing on any one sound,
But listening to the symphony of the environment as one.
There's no thinking required,
Just experiencing through deep listening.
Now allow your sense of hearing to be drawn towards whatever the sense picks up naturally.
Your awareness might jump from one sound to another.
This is not an effortful movement of awareness,
But a wave-like dance between your listening and the movement of sonic energy.
There's no need to identify the source of any one sound,
But listen to the vibration.
Listen to the frequency and the tone,
The direction and location through space.
And notice if any sounds are felt physically in the body.
If there's any thoughts,
Ideas or memories that arise with a particular sound,
Perhaps an emotion,
Or perhaps certain sounds arise a intuition or a deep knowing of truth.
Continue practicing in this way,
Submersing into the ocean of sound and experience your interrelationship with the ever-changing waves of vibration,
The root of our manifested universe.
The nature of lolot is甚麼 language films.
