Welcome to the sound meditation practice.
In this practice we'll be using sounds to create a calm,
Soothing,
Meditative state.
So all you have to do is sit back,
Relax,
And allow the sounds to come to you.
And whatever you're doing in the present moment is what you're supposed to be doing.
There's no right or wrong,
No before or after,
Just be in the present state of mind.
So just sit back,
Relax,
Focus on your breath and the sounds.
